If you are looking for nice camping get away in and around the Ouachitas, let us accommodate you and your family.
When we aren't using our camper, we open it up to others to enjoy. Our camper is a 32ft Keystone Passport Ultra Lite. Sleeps 4 to 6 comfortably. (2 adults in queen main cabin) (2-4 children can sleep comfortably on fold out sofa or dinette conversion).
The camper has opposing slideouts in main living area making it very spacious. Camper will come furnished with kitchen amenities to feed 6. You will need to furnish your own linens.
"We will deliver and pickup. There are many camp grounds to choose from in this area. Crystal Springs Camp Ground, Brady Mountain Camp Ground, Thompkin's Bend, or Denby Point, Three Sisters State Park. There is also Lake Caterine State Park, Lake Degray, and Lake Greeson. This is just a few, so google camping near Hot Springs or Central Arkansas for more.
The camper also has a outside shower and awning.
Hot Springs has many attractions to visit such Oaklawn Race Track an Casino to the historic Bath House Row.
This is great opportunity to have some great family time and make some wonderful memories.
What's included
Pot, pans, skillet, colander, 6 plates, 6 bowls, silverware, steak knifes, mixing bowls, Coffee Maker, 4 coffee cups, dish towels, oven mitt, barbeque utensils long lighter, broom dust pan, trash can. Paper towels, minimum cleaning supplies.
RV rated toilettes paper, toilette brush, bath matt, 4 camping chairs.
Camper provides lots of seating with two swivel rockers, sofa, and seating around dinette.
Black water and gray water dump caddie provided with assortment of drain hoses.
"We do not provide linens or bedding at this time due to covid". The bedroom mattress comes with a memory foam top encased in vinyl cover for sanitary reasons.
A blow up twin mattress is included and kept in storage compartment under sofa.
A LG Smart TV is compatible with your smart phone hotspot for streaming tv swrvices.
I generally leave a few tools an a axe or hatchet in outside storage for use.

We highly recommend renters check out the Lake Ouachita Area here near where we live. It is rated as one of the most beautiful lakes in the country. Provides boat and jet ski rentals at many of the Lake Ouachita Resorts as well as fine dining. Popular areas around here are Brady Mtn Resort, Mtn Harbor Resort, Crystal Springs, Denby Point, Thompkins Bend, Shargra La. Other Lakes include Lake Degray, Blue Lake near Mount Magazine, Lake Greeson, Nimrod Lake to name a few.
Visit Oaklawn Race Track live horse racing and Casino in Hot Springs. Visit Magic Springs water park and roller coasters.
Other things to note
We will deliver and pick up as far as 50 miles which gives you access to many lakes here in Central Arkansas.
We do no allow smoking of any kind in our camper, If you do you will forfeit your security deposit.
We are pet friendly but restrict this to just two smaller behaved dogs(pottie trained), no cats, rodents, serpents etc.
No climbing on the roof.
De not leave Awning out during high winds, storms, or if your going to be away from the camper and these events could occur during your absence.
Secure your belongings and the camper in your absence. Do not leave burners on the stove or over unattended.
Use the waste caddie to keep gray and black water levels below the halfway indicator on service panel.
Holding tanks on these campers hold a total of 32 gallons each. We recommend keeping showers (gray water) short so as not to over fill the holding tank to quickly.
Pick up and drop time is 4pm, but we are flexible on times. We will meet you at your designated camping spot, set your rig up or take it down at 4pm unless exigent circumstances prevents it or a different agreed upon time is chosen. We will keep open communication for timing purposes.

Hello all, let me introduce ourselves, we are Michael & Dawn Roberson. It's just my wife Dawn and I at home as the rest of the family have all grown into great people with families of their own. We have two wonderful grand children we love to take camping in our camper to some of the best lakes in the nation nearby. Our favorite place to camp is on Lake Ouachita, it is one the premier lakes in the country. I encourage you to look it up.
We do not use our camper year round and we know there are folks like your selves who would enjoy a comfortable experience at some of the amazing places offered. So we are offering the use of our camper for year round use. It is set up for both warm weather and cold weather camping with all the amenities one would want. We will provide delivery and setup as well as pickup. All you have to do is choose your location, book your site, book your camper rental with us and we will take care of the rest. We like to meet the folks who are renting from us, so when you arrive on the site you have chosen, everything will be ready and I will go over all the functions of the camper so your stay is comfortable and easy.

Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
We will hook everything up and ready to go by your arrival time. We will walk through and show you how everything works. We do ask that you monitor the holding tank levels from the control panel for fullness. We will provide a dump caddy for waste water and show you how to empty the holding tanks.
Q.Are linens included with the RV?
A.
Due to covid and personal preferences, linens, towels, blankets etc. are the renters responsibilty.
We include lots of extras such as camp chairs, an axe or hatchet, rope lights for entry, assorted tools, a LG Smart TV you can stream programming via your phones hotspot.
