This trailer provides sleeping accommodations for a family of 8. The trailer only weighs in at 6100 lbs with a payload capacity of 1670 lbs. The hitch weight comes in at only 780 lbs which means it can be towed by a variety of vehicles. You will love having the luxuries of home as this trailer offers bunkbeds, full kitchen and bathroom, and queen size bed in the master bedroom which is also fitted for a 3 inch memory foam pad for added comfort. There is a slide-out that provides additional space for living and dining seating.
Equipped with a 43 gallon fresh water tank, 30 gallon gray and a 30 gallon black tank, power-lighted awning, powered tongue jack and powered stabilizers for quick and easy set up. The trailer also offers a 55 inch TV in the living room and a 32 in TV in the master bedroom. The trailer is a non-smoking unit, but is pet friendly.
The trailer also comes with, pots and pans, cooking utensils, eating utensils, knives, keurig coffee maker and cups, glasses, linen for the master bedroom, two towels and wash cloths.
Delivery available up to 150 miles. If you decide on delivery, there is a $75 waste dump fee that can be paid upfront or on pickup if the delivery location doesn't have a dump station.

The park also offers plenty of parking for large vehicles and several full-hookup RV camping spots.

Bobby was great. Spent about an hour going over the camper with some newbies and checked in with us throughout the rental. Couldn't have been happier with the camper or the service. We joked, why would we buy a camper when we can just call Bobby. We will definitely rent with him again. Bobby thanks for the great weekend.

Bobby was a great host! He was very accessible for communication. We had a function that we rented for and didn't get to enjoy the whole weekend due to weather, but Bobby was offered assistance where he could and it was greatly appreciated. We will rent from Bobby again next time we are racing in the area again!
