Welcome to this beautiful 2022 Winnebago Solis 59P with pop top - perfect for those that either new or experienced to van life. Have the comfort of a home on wheels with a kitchen, bathroom, inside or outdoor shower and two separate large sleeping areas (pop top and sofa bed lays flat). There are four 3 point seatbelts and 2 more seatbelts on the back sofa (total of 6).This van allows you to enjoy beautiful scenery in California and neighboring states! This 20ft RV is the best in its class with how functional, yet compact it is for driving / parking. It’s extremely easy to drive and takes regular gas!The layout of this RV includes a large pop top that can provide amazing views up top and another bed downstairs in the main living area - great layout for adults and kids. The kitchen comes with a sink, 2-burner cooktop and refrigerator, along with plenty of counter and drawer space. The bathroom includes a cassette toilet making it easy to dump your tank anywhere and also an indoor shower (outdoor shower with curtain also an option). There is a "dining" area with table where you can utilize the front seats that can swivel around, along with the back two seats (easily creating 4 seats), to allow for dining and/or playing games with friends and family!Solar panels, power outlets, and large water and propane allow you to live or work from anywhere!What's included-Mattress toppers

- You'll receive the van with a full tank of gas at the beginning if your trip. Gas must be full upon return. If the RV is not returned with a full tank of gas, a $50 refuel fee plus cost of gas will be charged.
- Grey and black cassette toilet tank must be completely empty upon return, unless prepayment is selected. If either tanks are not emptied, a $150 fee will be applied per tank not emptied.
- No pets, smoking, or festivals allowed. $500 fee each will be charged if evidence of pets, smoking, or festival visits is determined.
