Inconsistent service, frequent cancellations
Host canceled 3 bookings last-minute. One guest faced refusal of refund for an unusable RV, hidden fees, and unanswered questions. Other guests found Francisco responsive, accommodating, and flexible with pickup/drop-off.
Mixed driving performance and comfort
The vehicle has loud tires, drivetrain noises, and front seats that get uncomfortably hot. Some guests reported broken AC, microwave, or fridge, and a service light on. However, others found it drove smoothly with good power, fuel mileage, and working Starlink.

5.0This was our first experience in an RV and our first trip to Joshua Tree. It was great! The AC cooled the RV quickly and the Starlink allowed my husband to still catch his game on the TV. Easy pickup and drop off. Will rent again! PS - don't forget to bring toilet paper!

3.0Three stars on Outdoorsy are labeled as OKAY and it was nothing more or nothing less. We drove his 2015 Mercedes RV through multiple states, for few weeks and I can leave a detailed report. Contact with host is pretty limited, I don't speak spanish. Many many of my questions were left with no answer. The Vehicle: apart from sunroof everything worked, the car performed generally well on very long trip but: the tires, they are obnoxiously loud, so be prepared to have your ear drums blown out after a day of driving. Maybe they're heavy duty, resistant and slow-wear tires that are hard to puncture but consider it a trade-off. Oh and the aftermarket infotainment system? It won't drawn out this noise, it's subprime. There is some clicking from the drivetrain, like a loose drive shaft coupling, it can be heard at low speeds. The transmission whines or resonates at ~2800rpm - it doesn't sound good. Sometimes it gets hot inside, front seats tend to get very very hot sometimes when driving (not from the sun), I guess from something beneath them, so even at full AC it was sometimes simply uncomfortably HOT in the drivers seat. The interior is far from top notch but it's alright, bathroom doors surely require some attention so check them out when picking this vehicle up. Awning was tore apart, but we didn't use it much. Nonethless the vehicle worked for long miles, so for a fair price, I do recommend. 12-15MPG realistically with 13.7-14.2 being usual average, pretty small fuel tank of 26gal, real range of 200-250miles.

1.010 mins before scheduled pickup, host changes the pickup location. At pickup it was a brief walk around the RV then handed the keys. Upon getting the RV home to load up for my trip I realized there was a warning light on in the dash that said 1000 miles past service due. I contacted the host regarding the warning light and other funtionality issues (AC, Entertainment Center, Microwave, Refridgerator) The host was nice and communicative but could not solve the problems I was having and insisted that everything worked and said he just had it serviced but they forgot to reset the computer. This is also when I realized the host had not signed the contract yet. I had to cancel my trip. I was planning on a week long road trip traveling about 1500 miles total and wasnt about make the drive with a service warning light on. When I contacted the host to come pick up his rv is when things turned ugly. He refused to return monies paid and have now had to start the claim process as I refuse to pay $1115 for an rv that I couldn't use and was parked in front of my house for 1 night. Beware this rv is not in the perfect condition the host describes.....

2.0I loved how I was charged almost 500$ in bs fees after paying a premium for a RV that had a dirty weed vape in the cabinet that my kid found, and a fridge that didn’t function properly in absorption mode so my food spoiled. Besides that it was great

5.01st RV experience and it was great! The rental process was smooth and the communication from the owner was great, flexible with the pick up and drop off hours. The van runs amazing, and it’s incredible how big it actually is on the inside, plenty of storage and secured cabinets. Comfy beds, and comfy space we were 4 and two dogs and fit perfectly. The RV drives great, no mechanical problems of any kind, would definitely consider rent it again and definitely recommend it!
