We lovingly call our Class C RV Winnifred. She is a 2019 Winnebago Outlook 22C, the perfect RV size for a small family of 5. She can go almost anywhere due to her smaller size. She comes with everything you will need on your trip. We always appreciate suggestions. Winnifred is 24.2 feet long and is easier to drive than most RVs. She has a queen size bed that opens up with an electric pull out switch once you park her on even, level ground. The dinette table and seating area has three seatbelts and can be converted into a sleeping area. The cozy bunk above the driver and passenger seats offer space for sleeping 2 adults comfortably and has a small, mounted TV for entertainment.In the kitchen she has a microwave, double sink and propane range. She has a nice size refrigerator and freezer. Good size bathroom and shower. Lots of storage options available throughout her. She comes with working A/C, heating, propane battery, generator power and central control panels to monitor and manage her systems.What's includedThings we include on the RV:
Pots, pans, plates, utensils, coffee maker, RV specific toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning products for toilet/black tank clean out. If there’s anything additional you need, please let us know.Recent repair and maintenance notes:

We are family of 4 that enjoy traveling and discovering new places together. Some of our favorite locations are Big Bear Lake, Mammoth Lakes, Paso Robles and any beach location. We enjoy hosting through Airbnb so when we purchased our RV we knew that we wanted to share it with other families and travelers when we weren't enjoying it. Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Due to our very busy schedules our pickup and drop off times are firm. We recommend booking an extra night if you want the RV early or want to turn the RV in later.
Q.Do you allow renters to take the RV to festivals and concerts?
A.
Due to the high risk nature of those we do not allow it. We do have a GPS tracker on our RV to keep track of it in case of loss or theft. We recommend renters look for RV hosts that specifically state they allow for that sort of rental usage.
Q.Do you allow for out of state trips with your RV?
A.
We do not allow out of state trips with our RV.
