It sleeps 4, but has room for another on the love seat. It is an all season unit and weighs 12,500lbs empty. It has a bunk house with two beds. Two private bathrooms with one shower. Outdoor shower as well. Propane and electric heating and air. 3 tv’s with option for outdoor hook up. Sky light in master. Queen, sofa, and twin. New mattresses!Renting:
