All you need are clothes, food and toiletries! I love adventures and camping, but I also love the comforts of home! This camper is set up, ready to go. And it is SO Much FUN! Go have adventures and enjoy nature, but skip the tents, sleeping bags, set up, break down, bugs and dirt. All you need are clothes, food and toiletries. We provide the rest so you can get playing!Our 2013 Gulf Stream Innsbuck 21’ of living space. The Queen bed, sofa bed, and table that turns into a bed come with linens.The couch and dining table both fold out into nice size beds. Extra linens are in the closet for your use with these. This would comfortably sleep 4 adults or 2 adults and 4 kids. Basically you can sleep anywhere from 4 to 6 people.An abundance of towels and wash rags are available for use. The bathroom has a large shower and tub, toilet, vanity and sink for a feeling of at home comfort! And when it comes to toilet paper we got you fully stocked!The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, bowls, glasses, silverware and cooking utensils. And of course a coffee maker!There is a 12” TV, DVD player and a radio with Bluetooth.This trailer can easily be towed by your half ton pickup, you will need a 7 pin plug and a brake controller in order to tow this trailer.Don't want to worry about towing yourself? We will gladly deliver, set up and pick up the trailer for you at a small additional charge. Just ask for specific details.If you are dry camping we can include a generators and a gas can for all of your electrical needs if you are not using a full hookup site. We will also have your water and propane tanks full and ready to go!This can be pulled with a half-ton truck or large SUV!!!Dry weight is 4,300 lbs. and it requires a stabilizer hitch and trailer brake. We will provide the stabilizer hitch and sway control bars but you will need to have trailer brakes on your rig. If you are uncomfortable pulling the camper or don't have trailer brakes, or don't have a rig that can handle it, we offer delivery.We charge a $100 minimum, or $1.50/mile. We calculate the mileage as a round trip service. If you would like a quote just let us know where you are heading and we'll get that right over to you.We are flexible with our pick up and return times.Please don't hesitate to ask us any questions.
