Rules and policies
Any evidence of smoking or drug use will forfeit $1500 security deposit. Small dogs that don't shed are ok. No large breed dogs. Return RV clean and full of fuel and propane. Uncleaned will be charged $200 cleaning fee for the exterior and $200 for the interior, $200 to fill fuel tank, and $75 to fill propane, regardless of level! If the RV is damaged during the rental, the renter will be charged $50 each direction for delivery and pickup of the RV from the repair facility for time and fuel as many times necessary to complete the repairs including multiple repair facilities for multiple damages.
Renter is responsible for the return of the RV to the pickup location regardless of mechanical breakdown, accidents, or any unforseen problems that may occur and all costs associated with the the return of the RV.
