Laurel was so amazing!! She went through everything very thoroughly as this was our first time renting an RV as a family. Great RV for our family of 5! Laurel was great and showed us all about the RV when we received it and she was responsive to questions while we were on the trip. RV has everything you need (except a coffee maker which we brought ourselves). Would definitely rent from Laurel again.
