1.0Series of unfortunate events? I flew into SLC, picked up the RV and headed out/off grid to Moon Lake. Bottom line, found myself with an EMPTY Water Tank and EMPTY Propane Tank. Worse yet a "propane leak" that I'm sure endangered me, those around me and the National Forest I was in. I spent a full afternoon driving from town to town trying to fill the water tank (that was never going to fill), performing Macgyver wiring tricks (at the direction of the host's son over the phone) trying to repair the water inlet valve that would later be deemed faulty. Twice I was promised reimbursement for the fuses, water, my time "and more" which I have yet to receive. The icing on the cake was feeling gaslit by the host when I made it back to SLC and returned the RV. The son was kind and skillful in his blameless apologies, the dad - not so much. Lastly, although I am not a novice camper, solar is new to me. I wish I had rented the generator for the peace of mind that I had battery life to work with. Why it's not just included when you're going off grid seems ill guided. In this situation however, maybe it was divine intervention (remember the propane leak?). Just too much and not enough.

5.0These guys were so great to work with! Communication was always quick. This van was perfect for our needs to fly fish in Montana. They thought of everything with this custom build. Even a projector and movie screen in the back! Drop off was so easy - all we had to do was fill up the gas. Would definitely rent from them again.
