Review summary
Communication and reliability inconsistent
Host was praised for responsiveness and helpfulness, but some users experienced late key delivery, partial credit, and overcharging due to mileage miscommunication.
Driving performance and condition issues
While some found it easy to drive and spacious, reports include unstable handling, non-functional AC, stairs, stabilizers, leveling jacks, and serious cleanliness/waste tank issues.

1.0To start off with 1. He was late with the keys went there 2x's to pick up the RV. It was too late to leave as planned. left Sat morning. 2. It was very dirty the pic's in add were nice. it was rundown and I was embarrassed to even take it. 3. The stairs to get into the RV did not work. He mentioned that after we were camping. 4. The black water was 2/3 full and there was not gray water in the RV. 5. The AC worked for 3 hours then it stopped. 6. He mentioned that the propane was only 1/2 full 7. Stabilizers did not work 8. We came home same day. 9. He said he would credit us the 2 nights because of the keys. It was only a portion of the cost. 10. Add said $1.00 per mile. Before I picked the RV he asked how many miles it would be. I told him 66 miles each way. I figured 140 total. and at the end he asked me if I agreed that I drove it 160 miles. I said yes, then I get charged for $257.00 for $1.00 per kilometers. 10. Owner wants RV back at 11:00am on Sunday. So, wake up, eat breakfast, pack up, clean up, drive home, empty the RV, Clean the RV, gas it, propane it. get up at 4. I was calm, understanding, and honest. This was a nightmare!! Karma will prevail!

5.0Hugh was really easy to work with, and has a fun personality. We had a great time seeing national parks in Utah, and the extra space was helpful. And, the air-conditioning! :-)

1.0We rented this motorhome for a Thursday through Sunday. We had to return it in the middle of the night on Thursday due to an overwhelming sewer smell. We have requested a full refund because we were unable to use it for even one night. This RV should not be listed for rent again until at least the major issues below are resolved. MAJOR ISSUES 1. We smelled black water much of the time. Our son could smell it at his car, almost 50 feet away. We did not believe it was healthy to sleep in the RV. 2. It was apparent that the black water tank had not been emptied after the last use. The indicator light by the door showed that it was already 1/3 full when we picked up the RV. The owner's mechanic had informed us that the RV had been sitting for some time. We wondered if someone else’s sewage has been rotting in the tank. 3. The coach batteries kept running out of power. 4. Something under the back bed, possibly behind the fuse panel, was constantly running and drawing approximately 270 watts, even when no lights or other electrical items were in use. It sounded like a fan. 5. At least three tires were low. 6. The suspension was soft, possibly worn out. As a result, handling up the canyon was unstable. 7. Items under the kitchen sink were damp. We had not used the sink. 8. There didn't appear to be a cover above the bathroom ceiling fan, which would prevent rain from entering. OTHER ISSUES 1. The fresh water was only half full when we picked up the RV. We filled it the rest of the way, but the indicator light still showed it was only 1/3 full. 2. Knobs were missing from some of the cabinets. 3. The light in the fridge was out. 4. The RV hadn't been thoroughly cleaned. For example, sugar was spilled in the cabinet above the recliner. 5. The end of the cable that is supposed to recline the right recliner (as viewed from a seated position) broke off the first time we pulled it. We did it just as the mechanic showed us when we picked up the RV. 6. The blind above the head of the back bed didn't fully cover the window. Also, when we pulled down on the bottom of the blind to close it, the bottom of the blind partially pulled away. 7. The window behind the recliners lacked a screen. 8. The window above the stove didn't open. 9. The screen door lacked the panel that should close over the door handles to keep out insects. 10. The leveling jacks didn't work. 11. Duct tape was holding some panels in place, but some of it had come loose.

Frequently asked questions
Q.
What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We offer a wide range of flexibility for our guests. Having the best experience is our priority .
Q.
Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
1)We recommend always having a guide to help with difficult parking or backing up. 2) Using the downshift or upshift option when going up or down steep hills is very useful and helps reduce brake need to heavy breaking. 3) Going slow over bumps, sharp turns, or other terrain that is not so smooth is always a better option for safety 4) While driving at high speeds, close all windows and ceiling fans for a smoother more fuel-efficient drive.
