My experience with ispy was amazing. In today’s world, customers are treated like dollar signs and not individuals. This is what I have come to expect. However, the team at ispy treated me like a person and not a dollar sign. They were fair, friendly, and helpful. Brandon gave a thorough overview of how to operate the teardrop camper. I recommend that you take good notes if you are a first time camper like I was. The camper was clean and in good condition. I got many compliments on it while on the road. A few things did not go as planned with my trip. (Darn GPS!) Ispy was helpful and supportive, which meant that I could concentrate on getting home safely. All in all, my experience was excellent and I would book with them again.

Lightweight and can be pulled behind almost any vehicle. This trailer is truly unique in it’s ability to look like the teardrop and yet have some of the amenities of a larger trailer, yet none of the weight. Purposely kept under 2000lbs, it is unlike any other trailer of it’s type.

Policies

Cancellation policy custom

If Trip Insurance is not purchased, you will have 24 hrs from time of booking to cancel the reservation with a full refund. After the 24hr period, the rental amount will be held as credit for use within one year minus credit card fees. If the reservation is canceled within 7 days of departure, the prep fee and credit card fees will be deducted from the credit.

Owner fees

  • At iSpy, we ensure your rental interior to be cleaned and sanitized. Your RV is ready, tanks emptied and flushed properly prior to pick up. We strive to ensure the best RV experience in the industry. Fee is non-refundable.

  • 2 rolls of toilet paper and 2 deodorizer PODs will be provided to get you started on your trip. If you need additional toilet paper please make sure it is RV safe.

  • Are you traveling north during the winter months? This unit cannot make the trip if the temperatures will be below freezing for an extended period of time or snow chains are required. Please let us know if you have questions or concerns about your winter travel.
