This 2021 No Boundaries NB16.6 is the king! of lightweight easy to tow RVs designed for adventure enthusiasts who love off-grid sites, forest land, and road trips! This unit it just shy of 22 ft long with solar to keep the batteries charged for daily basic functions. This unit has a 280aH lithium battery with 200w solar, bluetooth charge controller and a 1000w inverter to plug in smaller appliances, starlink, gadgets etc! It also has a 12V TV that works from the batteries.We are a family veteran owned and ran small business in Spokane! Our focus is a setup RV home on wheels with a fully loaded kitchen! Full bathroom, full kitchen plus a kitchen slideout. The single wide bunks are 28"x73" long and the bottom bunk flips up with an half height access door for bikes, totes, whatever you imagine! The dinette converts to a twin about 70" long. The exterior has an optional propane griddle that mounts to the side of the RV and a large pass through with ALL the gear, and space for some extra items.The dry weight of this RV is 3400 lbs and tongue weight about 400 lbs with full propane. It can have about 1300lbs of cargo, and comes with an extra 20lb propane tank. Tow vehicle must have 4,500+ towing capability. Although this RV has solar, it is not enough to fully recharge batteries unless there is full unblocked sun in summer months, so we have a 2000w inverter generator available for off-grid rentals at $25/day. This unit does have a showermiser which conserves water! When Air conditioning is needed, a 30amp generator will be needed, and we offer 2 for rental.(3600 watts+)Where to go??

Please pick up and treat it like you want it to last for a long time, as we love it too.
It is expected for the RV to be left tidied up, and some cleaning done. Laundry and a basic clean and sanitation is normal but if the unit is excessively dirty requiring carpet shampooing, stains or excessive cleaning there will be a $300 fee for a cleaner to come do the rental.RV tanks will be setup with tank biochemicals and small amount of water. Do not leave grey tanks open unless you are hooked up to full sewer at a site. (Generally a rule at all parks and campgrounds)RecommendationsBring Pillows, sweatshirt, favorite blanket, food, and fire cooking supplies! Keven and I (Lara) are camping and adventure lovers. We backpack, tent camp and RV camp and have ran an Airbnb and rented RVs. We now opened our LLC Inland NW Rentals in Spokane Valley and do this as our home business. We have primary jobs in healthcare and corrections and also run a full a full hookup year round RV site on our property, too!
We love meeting all the fellow adventurers and had the best summer sharing RVs in 2023. We are expanding to 5-6 units for 2024 and I love delivering and seeing the joy guests gain from our rentals!

Fees
- Security deposit: $1,250.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: $125.00. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. It also covers preparation like filling propane before and after delivery, doing laundry and basic clean and detailing.

We provide a full YouTube orientation for these rvs!
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We generally prefer pickups 12pm-1 hr before dark but if the rv doesn't have a morning return we are flexible!
For returns/pickups generally those are preferred by 11am but again if not booked to leave that afternoon we are flexible. :)
