New RV was designed for families. From the 4 bunk beds to the spacious couch/ sitting area, you will be pleased! RV includes bunk beds, huge versa lounge (multi configuration sofa/bed), plus a private bedroom with queen mattress. Ample storage for gear! Large refrigerator, outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen (refrigerator, gas griddle), large awning, Bluetooth speakers, and more.Happy to stock rv with sheets, paper products and necessities you need for a nominal fee and easy trip.No smoking in the unit, as well as no pets. Any evidence of smoking or pets could lead to a forfeiture of the damage deposit.You are responsible to close the awning during heavy winds and when not in use, if damaged you will be charged for a replacement. A new awning and installation costs around $800.What's includedToilet paper will be provided (special toilet paper needed for RV). Includes kitchen pots and pans, cooking utensils, plastic cutlery and paper plates. Other things to noteMust have trailer brake controller on tow vehicle. RV does not have an on board generator. If you need a generator, I have one you can rent. You would be responsible for keeping fuel (gasoline) in generator.

Setup is relatively easy. Owner will provide orientation to renter. In addition, Owner is willing to empty tanks daily for a nominal fee.

I am not familiar with towing. Can you drop off/pick up to my destination/campsite?
