I have been a camper since I was a scout more than 60 years ago. I have had experience with tenting, trailers, truck camper, van conversions, and finally got a Class C motorhome. I love people and want them to enjoy the great outdoors as much as I have over the years. The greatest part of it has been raising 3 kids while camping and the memories that are made are irreplaceable. Camping brings families together when everyone pitches in to make it a fun experience.
Length of RV is 25' which is on the shorter end of Class C RVs, but laid out to sleep 6 adults. Can sleep 8 if 2 are small children. Since it is shorter, it is easier to drive especially in the city. The U-shaped dinette allows up to 5 people to eat around the table, plus 2 can eat off the table from the couch. Has bike rack which will hold up to 4 bikes so kids can ride bikes giving Mom/Dad some peaceful time. Two bunk beds in the rear are great for kids or adults. Sheets are furnished for the two rear bunk beds. The over cab bed, has a bed topper pad fitted with sheets. Towels, wash cloths, blankets, dishes and cooking essentials are also included along with a variety of other free options that are all coordinated with you prior to your departure. Some of those free options include a campfire & charcoal grill, firewood and fire starters (Homemade), plus many things that I have found useful from 60 years of camping. This experience will help you make some great memories. I have also installed a cell phone booster to help keep connected and a dish satellite receiver and an Amazon Fire Stick when rain keeps you inside.
1. No off paved road, except in campground.
2. No climbing on roof.
3. Awning can not be used when there is potential for strong wind.
4. Do not pull any type of trailer.
5. No smoking.
Optional free bike rack for hitch which will hold 4 bikes.
Three camping chairs are included for free
If the RV is returned relatively clean and doesn't require major cleaning, there will not be any charge. This fee ($100) or a potion of it will only be charged only if necessary, and would come out of security deposit.

About the host, Wayne
Wayne was great to work with and very accommodating! This RV was perfect for our trip!
This RV experience was a first for us and an amazing one!
Wayne was extremely thorough, organized, and PLEASANT!
We were wonderfully comfortable in this RV (2 kids/2 adults). The kids loved the bunk beds. It had all the amenities and plenty of space.
Captain's chairs in front made both driver and co-pilot very comfortable for hours of driving. Lots of sleeping space: bunkbeds, above the cab bed, and the dining area/couch can become sleeping spaces too.
Wayne had lots of add-ons that helped us worry less: charcoal grill/BBQ tools, camping chairs, cookware, bedding, etc.
A/C and heat worked great.
As a first-time RV renter, I so appreciated Wayne communicating thoroughly the month prior to our trip getting us ready and then spending time when we first met going through all the features and specifics. It was good to know Wayne was always there if we needed anything.
Made some great family memories and learned a lot.

Wayne was incredibly responsive and helpful at all times. He is an honest and kind person, and I'd do business with a man like that any day. Thank you so much for your hospitality Wayne!

Our family of 6 just got back from an amazing 2 week adventure throughout Michigan. I'm positive our experience would not have been as great if we hadn't rented from Wayne.
He is extremely organized and prepared us so well for the trip. The RV comfortably slept all 6 of us and is just as great as the pictures. I would rent from him again in a heartbeat! Thanks again, Wayne for sharing your Rv with us!
