This camper has one bedroom and a sleeper sofa for 2 guests (sleeps 4 people), two leather recliners, dinette table and 4 chairs that could be removed and a queen blow up mattress can go there for 2 more additional people depending on your needs. It has one full bathroom with a stand up shower, Sink, commode, kitchen island, large refrigerator, storage food pantry, gas oven, microwave, entertainment center in living room with TV equipped for Hdmi, USB ports, built in dvd/cd player blue tooth, has outdoor connected speakers for music, electric Fireplace for heat or just looks, electric furnace and A/C, water heater works off electric /or gas, 30 amp campsites only, leather sofa as well as recliners, lots of storage, tv in bedroom. Electric awning, 3 slides, electric jack hitch, electric leveling jacks. Our RV still smells brand new as we've only used it 1-2 times/year, so we want to keep it that way for campers enjoyment. Camper weighs over 10,000 pounds dry so you will need a Truck of F-250 or diesel to tow...NO Exceptions. Safety first.Equipped with camping chairs, kitchen utensils, dish towels, oven mitts. There will be an item check off list of what's provided. All you need is your bedding, pillows, bath towels and YOU! If unsure of anything please don't hesitate to ask.
