Chelsea receives 5 stars. She busted her butt to get everything working. We had some hiccups with electricity and water. The only thing she didn't make sure of was that we had hot water. That was a bummer.
Now for the reasons I am giving 4 stars. We got locked out, knowing full well we didn't lock the door. When I called Shelly for help I was told it would cost me $76. to have someone bring the spare key. $76.00!!!! With the cost to rent the RV, I think that's way out of line. Fortunately we were allowed to drive the 38 mile round trip to go get the key instead, which cost me less than $4.00. When we got the door unlocked I noticed that the striker plate is not original, it's a rusted out poor fitting substitute. We became very cautious after that and the door locked on its own multiple times. Lastly, the mattresses need replaced on all beds, badly! The wall that is the back of the dinette is falling apart, but overall the RV was in decent condition and clean. We were always treated kindly by Shelly, Chelsea and the man we picked up the spare key from. Super nice people!
