The Great Outdoors

Motorhome camping at Nature's Own RV Resort makes it easy to enjoy many different outdoor activities. Visit the King Ranch that is located nearby. This is known as one of the largest ranches in the world, and it offers guided tours. Observe the daily workings of the ranch as well as see the many animals that live here. In addition to livestock, you may see wild critters as well, such as alligators or even armadillos! There is also a Visitor's Center and small museum on-site that gives the history of the establishment.As the Gulf of Mexico is close by, it offers plenty of recreational activities to enjoy. You can sun yourself, walk along the beaches or go swimming in the shallows. There are piers for fishing as well as sightseeing and fishing boat tours. You will never be bored when you visit this scenic area.Padre Island is located not far from the campground. There are many different animal activities to enjoy here, such as Sea Turtle, Inc. This is a sanctuary and hospital for sea turtles in the local area. Educational information is provided on the animals, as well. You can also visit the South Padre Island Birding and Nature Center. This destination offers a long boardwalk through the local sea marsh and chances to view both this ecosystem as well as the nearby sandy beach. Sea birds and waterfowl are the primary attraction here, though you may get lucky and see an alligator as well!

This artistic creation was first constructed in 2013 and has been a constant, local figure since. Yes. Class A’s, Class B’s, and Class C’s and five-Wheels typically have bathrooms. Depending on where you plan on camping, you’ll want to double-check the availability of restrooms if selecting a rig without a bathroom. Nervous about renting an RV with a bathroom? Once an Owner approves your RV reservation, you can coordinate a time to pick up your rig or have it delivered to your doorstep or campsite. At that point, the owner will do a key exchange with you and walk you through the RV and answer any questions you might have.
