Dinette, Sofa, Shower, Toilet Wash basin, Fridge/Freezer, 2 Burner Gas Stove, Microwave, Kitchen Sink, Electric Infra Red Oven, AC and Gas Heating. Sleeps 2+2+ 2 kids. Well maintained with new tires. Horse stalls have mangers , Rear Tack Space and 3 Large Stowage Panniers. AC was replaced in 2021 , tires replaced in 2022. 4Kw Portable generator will run AC and chosen electrical items, but will not run every electrical item on trailer all at once.What's includedIncludes all needed kitchen utensils and equipment..
