Delivery (up to 100 miles), Set-up/tear-down, and post rental cleaning services available at an additional charge.This well engineered teardrop camper is extremely light weight and maneuverable so you don't need a large truck or SUV to tow, it is easy to tow through mountains, and you can fit into just about any campsites.The camper is equipped with a full galley kitchen including a microwave, propane stove, sink with 5 gallon clear water tank, pots & pans, french press coffee maker with bean grinder and cooking utensils. You will need to bring your own plates, cups, and silverware.Inside includes a king sized bed with a TV, Radio/CD/DVD player with bluetooth and USB connections. Air conditioning keeps you cool on those hot humid summer days! A Short King bed inside including bedding comfortably sleeps two and even the family dog!A 5 x 7 ft PahaQue screen room/tent that attaches to the camper is provided for your comfort on rainy days and so you can comfortably stand up to change cloths. (assembly required)

Trailer is equipped with two 75ah batteries which allow you to camp without the need for shore power or city water. All electrical works off battery except for the air conditioner and microwave. If you are considering camping off grid for more than a couple days, contact me to further discuss battery charging options. The camper is also equipped with a small water tank with an electrical pump for the sink so it can be hooked up to city water or operate on the tank reserves. This is an awesome camper for Boon-docking.Tow Vehicle requirements:
Class I hitch or higher.
2 inch hitch ball.
Ball mount with 17 inch coupler height.
RV style 7 blade round electrical connector.

By confirming the booking you agree to the Rules of the road:
-Check-in after 3pm
-Check-out up to 3pm
-Renter/Driver of tow vehicle must be at least 25 years of age and have previous experience pulling a trailer.
-Renter/Driver must be an outdoorsy Verified Driver even if delivery and pickup service is provided so the camper is covered for Comprehensive and Liability Insurance while parked at the campsite.
-If delivery service is not provided, Renter/Driver is responsible for providing a reliable tow vehicle rated at a minimum 1500lb towing capacity of a non-brake trailer with a minimum 200lb tongue weight capacity.
Vehicle electrical wireing must be compatible with a 7-Way RV style round connector; preferably with a 30amp grounded battery feed (black and white wire in the 7 way harness) if you will be dry camping. If vehicle is not able to safely tow the trailer, the booking may be canceled. Please inquire with all vehicle related questions prior to booking. I am happy to help determine what is needed make sure the vehicle and RV are safe in advance of pick up day.
-Renter/Driver is responsible for any damage cost not covered by Insurance (including deductible) as well as 50% of the cost for future canceled or lost bookings while the RV is out of service.
-Any emergency service done on the RV during the rental period must be done by a qualified professional. If Renter/Driver opts out of Outdoorsy Roadside Assistance, Please arrange with Outdoorsy pay-as-you-go emergency road service by calling (855) 817-1885 in the event that road service is required. Any service to the RV outside of that provided by Outdoorsy’s affiliated professionals must be pre-approved by the Owner prior to commencing work (at the renters expense).
-If Renter is camping without Shore Power, Renter is responsible for keeping the batteries properly charged. Battery training is part of the departure check list.
-No leaving pets unattended inside the camper.
-No wet dogs allowed in the camper so please save plenty of time to let your furry friend to dry off before bed.
-Pets must have had their monthly flee/tick med within 30 days prior to the return date.
-Bringing the camper back as clean as when you left is always appreciated but I know sometimes vacations are too short so please select the cleaning fee add-on if it will need to be cleaned upon your return. (washing the bedding is not required, I will do that)
