Our RV is very comfortable, safe, fun and easy to drive. It is immaculate mechanically and visually. We make the RV as 'rattle proof' as possible for your comfort (and ours when we use the RV). We have added labels to help you with all the nuances of the RV. We hope you enjoy 'our house on wheels' as much as we do. Brand new flooring. Sleeps 6-8 (includes 2 new single air mattresses), am/fm/cd stereo, 32" Smart flat screen tv (front), 25" (bedroom). The flat screen tvs and Xbox are all new, New microwave, 3 burner cook-top w/oven, Norcold 4-door refrigerator, central vacuum system, shower, brand new queen size mattress, queen size hide-a-bed w/easy inflation air mattress, bedroom vanity w/2nd sink, 2 very comfortable sofas (one is a J lounge sofa and the other has the air mattress). Inside lights and outside lights are all LED (lots of outside lighting), brand new solar panels, 3 slides, electric patio and door awnings and 1 manual awning, 2-15,000 btu roof top AC w/heat pumps, chassis freightliner, Fantastic roof vents with remote controls, cruise control, automatic leveling system, air suspension, rear camera. 7.5W quiet generator w/automatic start, whole coach water filtration system, 10K pound rated hitch; fresh water - 86 gals., grey - 50 gals., black - 50 gals., propane - 37 gals., water heater - 10 gals., gas tank - 90 gals.What's includedDue to the covid virus, we have removed bedding, towels, dishes, camping chairs and tables. All surfaces are cleaned and sanitized. All utensils are sanitized. We open windows and run two fans to air out RV after each use.RecommendationsThere's lots to do and see here in Southern and Northern California, i.e. beautiful coastline, State Parks (Yosemite, Joshua Tree, Sequoia, Kings Canyon, Death Valley and the Grand Canyon just across the border in Arizona), San Diego, a 'must see', Los Angeles, Big Sur, Santa Barbara, Napa Valley (wine country), Catalina Island, Lake Tahoe and much more. Camping is great at Newport Dunes, Bolsa Chica and Huntington State beaches here in Orange County, California.Other things to noteBefore return of the RV please dump the black and gray holding tanks, refill propane and gas tanks, empty trash and remove food from the refrigerator. THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR ANY OF THE ABOVE ITEMS NOT COMPLETED. GIVE YOURSELF 2-2 1/2 HRS. TO GET THESE ITEMS COMPLETED. We take great pride in our RV and ask you to take extra care when close to trees while parking, etc. There will be an EXTRA CHARGE for any scratches incurred on the outside of the vehicle. TOWING: Inform us if you are towing; car or boat is $30 per day. PICK-UP EARLY: negotiable. RETURN LATE: 4hrs. or more=1-day fee; up to 4hrs. late=$25 per hr.(we are more likely to be flexible with prior notice of late arrival). RATE INCREASES FOR SPECIAL EVENTS, I.E. BURNING MAN. Gary and his son were both incredible. Their Rv is an incredible rig that drives great and had no issues during our entire trip. The pick up and drop off process was very simple and Gary is great at doing the drive training and instructions on usage. I have not driving a Class A in over 20 years, but after some drive training with Gary, I felt comfortable in any situation. We drove from SoCal across the South West and the RV had no issues with steep hills or standard highway driving. Our kids loved the features and it made visiting the national parks a perfect adventure. Thanks for the incredible memories!

RV was great and communication was smooth. Even when Gary/Patricia couldn’t respond their son Pierce jumped in and was able to help us pick up earlier/drop off smoothly. The vehicle itself is in great working order and everything is labeled nicely. Would rent again!

Awesome trip! Gary/Patricia and family were great with communication. Showed up to pick up RV and got the full tour, there are stickers and labels across the entire RV that were a huge help. Never felt lost while operating and using all the appliances. They took us on a test drive since it was my first time in a large Class A like this. Everything worked great, levels, slide outs, hook ups were easy. A/C worked like a charm which was the main reason I booked in the first place while staying in the desert. Sleeps 8 people with blow ups. With slides out, there is a ton of space inside. Good for a group going to a music festival if you want to squeeze. Would rent again! Thanks!

Gary's RV was amazing for us. The 39-footer is a beast so plan all your stops ahead if you can. They were very accommodating to our group. 10/10 would rent from them again.

My family and I have enjoyed the freedom, comfort and fun of travelling in our RV. I took a year off from my business and took the family on an adventure all over the United States, including 2 dogs, and towing a trailer with 5 quads, 2 three-seater jet skis and 2 kyaks. Our children still talk about this inspiring adventure and everything we experienced along the way (we could write a book about this), even though it's been a few years. Since we have times when we are not using our RV, we would like to share this experience with others and we hope you enjoy our home on wheels as much as we do.
