Welcome home (on wheels)!! This RV is easy and fun to drive, and setting up and tearing down is also a breeze, and if you're new to the RV life, I will include a detailed sheet with step-by-step instructions on everything you need to know!This RV is in great condition, it is a 2005 but looks and works great. It is super spacious and has a slider in the living room area to give you even more room.The dinette turns into a sleeping area, and the couch converts as well. If you keep the couch upright, you can fit a full-sized air mattress in the living area for more people to sleep.The Queen bed has a 3" memory foam topper and is so comfy. For real!The RV is equipped with a water filter outside and an additional water filter at the Kitchen sink for drinking.I have an Amazon Firestick hooked up, so if you have any streaming services, you can totally log on (if you have wifi access)There is a TON of storage inside the RV and below, so you don't have to feel like you can't bring whatever you need/want.What's includedThe RV will Include:

Other things to noteI do have a Supplemental Rental Agreement you are required to sign, this is non-negotiable.Potty Trained dogs are welcome, just no cats please (the owner is severely allergic) We understand accidents happen, so we will provide cleaning products, please just clean up really well.A fee of $50 per hour will be charged if the RV is returned later than the agreed-upon time. 1-60 minutes late return $50. If you are 61-120 minutes late return will $100, etc.You will forfeit your ENTIRE deposit if you attend any sort of music festival.The gas tank and propane will come full, the gas tank and propane must be full before returning. There will be fees to refill either tank if returning less than full.We ask you to treat the RV like it was your own.NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED WHATSOEVER. If smoke is detected, your deposit will not be refunded with an additional $500 fee added. This is non-negotiable and there is zero tolerance for smoking.
