Its great for a couple with 1-2 little kids. So no festivals, BurningMan, raves or whatever. Please. Ive seen the carnage.This trailer is lightweight and weighs about 3000 lbs unloaded. Your vehicle and tow package must accommodate this weight.You must have a brake controller. Trailer brakes don't work without a brake controller.Rental includes EAZ Lift 800 weight distribution hitch for towing safety.4200 Watt conventional (not quiet) generator and gas cans optional add-onFlexible delivery options for longer rentals. Just ask about delivery!No pickup or delivery Friday evening to Saturday night.What's includedUpgraded Queen bed, USB ports (Type A and C) with DC (house batteries) power. Plenty of AC (Shore power or generator) ports throughout the trailer. Electric fireplace heater. Propane powered stove and hot water. Air Fryer, K-pod Coffee Maker, AC or DC powered refrigerator, bedding, plates, silverware, cups, microwave and air conditioner. Starlink Satellite internet is optional. Big Buddy propane heater can be used when off-grid and without A/C power.Other things to notePlease have a good tow vehicle with a capable hitch and brake controller. To not have those things puts you at great risk. This trailer is small but not tiny. With full tanks, generator, propane and other stuff, more like 3750 lbs and 475 on the hitch. Thats my guess. Having the wrong tow vehicle can make for a treacherous dangerous trip for you and your family. Jeeps, Subarus and Hudyias probably would be frightening. But i have no personal experience with those vehicles. Tahoes, Suburbans, Expeditions, Ford F150 F250 or ram 1500 Hemi or 2500 could be good with the right tow package and controller.

We had the best experience renting the travel trailer for my family. It was comfortable, clean, and plenty of storage space. The beds were comfortable and my kid loved the bunk beds and our dog crate fit perfect inside. The process of renting, pickup/returning was smooth. The owner Jacob was very flexible with the early pickup and was always responsive to my questions. I highly recommend renting from Jacob.
