We are listing our comfortable 2018 Salem for Lake Casitas only. We love it there and this trailer has spend a lot of time there.Here are some specs out this trailer. (Too many to list them all.)

TIP: Don't leave trash unattended or out at night. Bugs and/or local wildlife will go through it. Then you will be lucky enough to be cleaning up all that trash in little tiny pieces.
- Propane Tanks: There are 2 large tanks on the trailer. We will do our best to have propane in them for you. If they are low or are empty the general store does fill them for you, at a fair cost to you. We will not fill the tanks ahead of time, unless you ask nicely and send us payment (Zelle, Venmo etc.) We will provide the receipt to you and you will not be responsible for refilling the tanks before you leave.NOT INCLUDED:
We suggest to bring your own:
- Towels for showering
- Towels for the water park. (if it opens this year).
- Your favorite camping chairs.
- Maybe an ice chest....for all those liquids you may be consuming. (General store has ice, SCORE!)
- Your favorite blankie, pillows and other items that it homey.
- Bug spray (Unless you like scratching little bumps all over your body.)
- Food. Don't forget food. (Would not want you to go hungry!)
***TIP: Remember the local resident wildlife also like food. Basically everything you eat they will also want some of so don't leave it open or out unattended.
Otherwise you will have a new pet that you may not want.

PLEASE NOTE: Even though you may be a seasoned RV/Camper we would recommend meeting us at the time of the drop off/setup so you can familiarize yourself with this trailer. Yes they are all similar, however to minimize damages, accidents, or booboos.... lets just do this together.We are a big fan of the Fox camping site at Lake Casitas. Bass is our second choice.
***TIP: The general store is super close and they always have plenty of
unnecessary things for the kids.FIREWOOD: The general store does have that too. However if you want to plan ahead of time call the local Firewood Guys at (805.795.7111) and they will drop off wood to your site. They don't stack it for you but its a great game you can play with the kids, we call it, "Stack it or No S'mores." Works every time!
Other things to noteNO SMOKING: Additional smoke abatement fee will be charged for smoking.
- Includes Cigarettes, Smokey sticks, Vapes, Happy Weeds, etc.
TIP: Do it outside, do it in your own car, do it somewhere where others do not
have to smell it. Just keep it out of the trailer.CLEANING:
- Basic cleaning supplies will be available along with cleaning towels/rags. Please
place all towels/rags in the bath tub at the end of your trip.
