RV rental Adams County, WA: Motorhome rentals, camper van rentals and more

Overall, the RV itself was great for what we needed and accurately described in the listing. The unit was well maintained overall, and having it delivered to The Gorge was incredibly convenient. Starlink was also a worthwhile add-on. Unfortunately, communication was the biggest challenge. Messages through Outdoorsy often went unanswered for quite some time. Roman was friendly and helpful when we did connect by phone/text, but getting a response could be difficult. The biggest issue was the broken door separating the second bedroom from the living area. We learned after arrival that this was a known issue awaiting resolution from a previous claim, but it wasn’t disclosed beforehand. Privacy was a major reason we selected this layout, and no adjustment or credit was offered despite my request. The paid bedding was essentially new sheets/blankets in a bag without much organization, and the RV placement prevented us from using the awning or paid chairs. The RV itself is a good product and I’d consider renting again, but communication and proactively addressing known issues need improvement.

Spacious and great thoughtful touches. On time and punctual hosts. They were great to communicate with.

Jessin was an exceptional host, went above and beyond with communication and delivery of the RV. We even had bad weather and he checked in on us. The RV was clean, everything as described, and his timing with delivery and pickup was on the dot. Highly recommend renting from him!
