Camper will include linens, towels, dishes, cook ware, TV/DVD’s, maybe even some snacks It can be pulled with a 1/2 ton truck easily AS Long AS you have a 2 5/16 ball! Pets are negotiable. Just send me a message and we can discuss it. If you choose delivery, you will be charged a $150.00 minimum delivery fee. There is a $50.00 cleaning fee so I can properly clean and sanitize the rental for the next renter. Renter will be responsible for emptying the tanks. If I have to empty the tanks upon return of the rental, you will be charge a $100.00 emptying fee.Camper has a queen bed in master
