Communicative but unreliable cancellations
Guests praised friendly communication and detailed walkthroughs. However, two bookings were canceled on or one day before departure, indicating potential unreliability.
Clean, stocked, but critical issues
Generally clean, spacious, comfortable, well-stocked with DVDs and an outdoor shower. One rental had a severe septic smell, leaking hoses, and a broken DVD player due to improper preparation.

2.0We picked up the RV and everything initially seemed fine. Once we started driving into Yellowstone, however, a septic smell inside the RV got progressively worse. By the time we arrived at our campsite, the odor was so bad that other campers nearby actually complained about how badly our RV smelled. Although the septic tank was empty at pickup, it clearly had not been properly flushed or treated. After arriving, I had to flush the system multiple times myself before we could finally get the smell under control. We also discovered that the septic hoses provided with the RV were leaking at the connections, creating another unpleasant issue we had to deal with at the campsite. In addition, the DVD player did not work. We had a great Yellowstone trip overall, but these issues were disappointing and avoidable. The septic problem in particular was unacceptable. The RV and sewer equipment should have been properly cleaned, treated, inspected, and ready to use before being rented out.

5.0sean was amazing, especially his RV. Everything from communication with Jeff to the drop off service was five stars. The RV was clean, spacious and comfortable to stay in. I would recommend this RV to anyone looking for a great, clean RV.
