Beautifully remodeled 2010 Flagstaff Pop-up camper ready for the road. She will accommodate four comfortably, 6 if you want to squish. The main bed is a queen with a second full size bed and a dinette that lays down to a full. There is a small mini fridge and a two burner gas stove, with all the cooking gear you need!My dogs travel with me everywhere, including my Belgian Malinois, and would love to host yours as well. I welcome well-behaved pets, but if additional cleaning is needed the fee will increase. She comes fully equipped with dog bowls and a soft bed for your pawwwtner in crime!Included in Every rental:
-All hook-up equipment for water and electric (30A) and leveling/stabilizing
-Bubble level attached to the front
-Two camping chairs, and two campfire lighters
-Coffee maker, pot, pan, and dishes
-Sponge, dish soap, and paper towels
-Plastic bags, trash bags, and door mat
-Quilt, sheets, and pillows for all beds (the beds have heaters built in all you have to do is plug it in)
-Bath towels, hand towels, and wash clothes
-This camper Does NOT have a toilet, although I do provide an outdoor shower, and privacy tent.I do charge a cleaning fee of $50/rental, and a propane refill fee of $15/rental, paid upfront. If any additional cleaning is required an additional cleaning fee will be charged. If you are picking it up from me instead of setting-up and tearing down then and there, I have created an instructional video and typed out instructions on how to set-up and tear down. The necessary paperwork will still be completed upon pick-up and will notate any damages I am aware of. Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Watch the video we send you that goes over setup and tear down of the RV. Once you’ve booked, we’ll send you the link. It’s about 16 minutes long, so it goes over everything in depth. If you have questions the video doesn’t answer, please ask!
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We are very flexible in regards to timing for picking up and returning our RV. Just ask us what you need, and as long as it’s reasonable and fits in our schedule, we’ll make it work!
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
The video goes over this, however, you should know that there is no toilet or black tank on this RV, so dumping that is not an issue. There is also no grey tank. There is a kitchen sink, and it does drain, and we have a hose and setup for that specifically for this trailer. We offer a grey water tote as an add on should you feel it necessary. Again, if you have questions, please ask!
Q.Does this RV have A/C?
A.
Yes! It has a ceiling A/C unit like most other RVs have, and it works beautifully. We live in central Texas, so A/C is an absolute MUST!
