We welcome one well behaved pet to come along, but if any additional cleaning is needed as a result the cleaning fee will be increased. This does not cover any damage, such as rips on furniture or scratches on floors or walls, which would also be deducted for the security deposit.We do offer delivery, pick up, and setup, but if you are towing our trailer, your tow vehicle must have a standard 2" receiver, 7 way round connector, a towing capacity of at least 8,000 lbs. (I personally recommend using a vehicle that can tow twice as much as the dry weight for safety reasons), and a tongue weight capacity of at least 425 lbs. (This trailer's dry weight is 4,126 lbs., Gvwr 6,300 lbs.) If you don’t have a brake controller, no worries, we have a wireless plug-and-play option that works with any smartphone. If you are not familiar with a brake controller, don’t let it scare you, they are simple and easy to use!When picking up our trailer, be prepared to spend about one hour going over everything and signing paperwork. If we are delivering to you this will only take about half an hour. If you have rented from us before you should be good to go in about 15 minutes!Pick ups, delivery, setups, and cancellations are pretty flexible! What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We are pretty flexible for pick up and drop off. 3 pm pick up and 11 am drop off are just standard, we have plenty of room on either side for both!

How do delivery fees work?
A.
We charge a $125 base plus mileage for all deliveries. The $125 base covers delivery and setup upon the start of and rental, and tear down and pick up at the end of the rental. Mileage is charged at $0.83/mile for all miles. Example: the campground we’re delivering to is 50 miles away from where we store our RV. Since we will complete 2 round trips, which is 200 miles, this is what it would look like: $125 + ((50 miles x 4)x $0.83) = $291 $125 + (200 x $0.83) = $291 $125 + $166 = $291
