We tow the trailer with a Cadillac Escalade SUV.
If you prefer to get the trailer dropped off at a location, we can do it for you (with a $150 fee).
Other extras:
Wood for camp fire, portable fan, portable cook-top with propane gas, marshmallows+long skewers, shampoo+conditioner, hair blow dryer and anything else that you need that we did not think about. Ask us about it.
Other things to noteWhile we expect you to maintain the trailer as though it were your own during the duration you have it, we fully understand that camping can get dirty. We will handle the dirt and dust, though we request you properly clean any used utensils or cookware prior to returning the unit and return them to their original space.
$50 Sewage disposal fee
$50 Cleaning fee ( return it reasonably clean and there will be no cleaning fee ).
ALL linens will be immediately cleaned by us upon return with Tide Hygienic Clean and Clorox OR Lysol Laundry Sanitizer. All commonly touched surfaces will be cleaned with a bleach based cleaning agent and the bathroom will be thoroughly cleaned with antibacterial and bleach agents. Any spills resulting in a stain or any cosmetic damage should be communicated at the time of return. Any excessive or professional cleaning required to return the unit to the state it was rented in will incur an additional cleaning fee of up to $300.
We will fill the water tank prior to your departure if requested, otherwise it is assumed you have a water hook up site. We’ve found there is no reason to tow the extra weight if hooking up anyway. You will be charged a $100 dumping fee if you need us to dump the black/gray tanks at the end of your rental period.Dealer provided specifications for reference- we will confirm all weights and tow capabilities with you-

Meet your host, Sharon

We are a family of four: Mommy, daddy, and two boys (ages 10 and 11). We love traveling, and during the COVID-19 restrictions, we bought a trailer to travel while keeping safe. We remodeled our trailer. I am a cleaning freak and love keeping the trailer clean from all dust and bacteria. Camping is not a neat way of vacation, but I am trying to do my best.
We own four dogs (who have never traveled with us yet), and we love to go on road trips. The last road trip that we did was during the summer (July). We drove from LA to Las Vegas, Zion (Arizona), Bryce (Utah), and back. We visited so many incredible places and enjoyed the land and rivers and lakes along the way.
We also traveled from LA to Austin, TX. It took us three days to drive and enjoy the site seeing. Traveling with a trailer is more manageable than an RV. There are fewer mechanic problems throughout the trip. We are happy to share our experience and trailer with another family, couple, or anyone responsible, clean, and trustworthy. Pets are OK (as long as you clean after them).
