Perhaps you'd like to relax and refresh in the woods, but also would like to be close enough to big cities? Then search for an RV in Lehigh County and take that campervan rental to Allentown KOA to enjoy the best of both worlds. There's a hiking trail right in the campground, and if you're up to the challenge, a section of the Appalachian Trail nearby. You'll be surrounded by lush greenery and still be within less than two hours' drive of Philadelphia and New York City.

Camping with an RV at Allentown KOA lets you escape into a soothing world of leafy, family-friendly campsites with a bubbling creek running the entire length of the campground. There are plenty of activities here to keep you occupied for days, whatever your interest. There's a nine-hole mini-golf course, a volleyball court, and a half basketball court to start with. Children will love the two large playgrounds, and your pets can roam freely in the fenced play area. Hayrides and arts and crafts happen on weekends, which is also when the pool (late May to early September) is heated for a relaxing dip. If nothing catches your fancy, play arcade games, rent a bike to explore the 40-acre RV park, or pan for gemstones if you’d like to get truly hands-on.

With sites accommodating RVs up to 80 feet in length, the campground has plenty of space for big rigs. Desirable site amenities include full hookups with 50/30 amp service and water/electric sites with 50/30/20 amp service. Even in this secluded getaway, you'll still be able to stay in the loop with Wi-Fi and cable TV. You'll also find RV and camping supplies, food, and toys at the large general store. Firewood, propane, and a laundromat are all available on-site.
