Over all this is a great rental. Charles was great with communication and prompt to resolve issues. Just after we picked up the RV we notice two tires were splitting and was concerned towing it on the highway. He arranged for us to take it to a tire shop for replacements. He made all the calls and handled payments. This was awesome to see pride in ownership. We had a couple of other small issues but nothing that stopped the trip. All items inside the trailer worked as designed. The interior has significantly more wear than the pictures particularly the faux leather. I would rent this again, mostly because of the support of the owner supporting the rental vs being left to the brokerage website.
