Markus was easy to communicate with and prompt in his responses. He had the trailer ready to go for us when we needed it.
The only reason that I didn’t rate 5 stars is because the grey tanks and black tanks weren’t emptied out from the previous renter and we didn’t discover this until after we had setup so had to take it down and hook the trailer back up and go dump them.
Everything else about the trip was awesome and it’s a really nice trailer with some good features.

Everything was wonderful, the only thing that I would recommend is a few small things that are needed. A better broom is needed and a small mat for inside the door as well as one for outside the door.
