Vlad was communicative and clear. It was easy to make arrangements and clarify details. Overall, the RV was in good shape and was comfortable. It’s wide but drives fairly easily. It could probably use stabilization jacks to prevent some rocking - it’s not too bad but it does wobble a bit, which is more obvious at night if someone gets out of bed. There was one minor issue with a sensor, but we were able to come to an easy resolution.

My first time using outdoorsy and let me tell you that booking was easy. Steve was amazing in teaching my husband and I how to use an RV for the first time and he went through it all which helped us alot. Steve responded quick whenever we had a question. Best experience, would definitely book again with Steve.
