This trailer comes with an array of amenities, including fresh linens, toiletries, cookware, utensils, and appliances such as a coffee maker. Additionally, it is equipped with essential outdoor equipment like sewer and water hoses, leveling blocks, and tire chocks. 

Please note that the generator is only available upon request for dry camping and is subject to a flat fee of $50. The trailer comes with four chairs, a table, and a lantern. There is a cleaning fee of $150 and a sewage dump fee of $50.

Please note that pets, music festivals, tailgating, and smoking are strictly prohibited. A fee of $250.00 will be charged if any of these activities are found to have taken place on the premises after our final inspection.

Please be aware that pickup time is 3:00 PM but an earlier time may be available upon request. The return time is 11:00 AM.

To make the most of your summer adventure, we've established a 4-night minimum for our RV rentals. Here’s a little tip for a smoother experience: consider booking an extra day at the start and end of your trip for preparation and winding down.

Rushing to pack and then clean on a compact 3-night rental can dampen your holiday spirit. Instead, why not pick up the RV at 11 am the day before you set out? That way, you can load up leisurely, remembering those last-minute items over a good night's sleep.

Similarly, the post-trip rush to clean, refuel, and return the RV by 2 pm on your last day can be a hassle. How about granting yourself an additional day after your trip to unpack and unwind? Then, you can return the RV refreshed the next day.

These suggestions come from our experience with hundreds of rentals. Adding a day on each end can transform your trip from good to great!

The RV inventory will include: paper plates/pots/plasticware, 4 camp chairs, folding table, Linens, towels, blankets.  Note: This RV is not for rent to travel to Burning Man. 

I will have the RV equipped with pot/pans, paper products, soap, shampoo/conditioner, cleaning supplies, 4 folding camp chairs, an outdoor entry rug, paper plates, plasticware, cups, knives, coffee maker/coffee, sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, small outdoor table, DVD player, toaster and all items to hook up in a campsite.

If the RV is returned uncleaned, there is a charge. Fill fuel and propane tanks prior to return. Dump black & gray tanks prior to return. I do not rent for travel to Burning Man. No Smoking.
