Hello and thank you for expressing interest in our trailer. 

My wife and I purchased our trailer two years ago in 2021. So far, we've had several amazing and memorable trips. Our favorite, a week long expedition to the Sierra Mountains.

We hope to share the same kind of experiences by renting our beautiful trailer. Our trailer features an array of amenities; including: a modern and spacious kitchen layout with attractive backsplash, a comfy queen size bed, a large bathroom and two huge bunk beds suitable for adults or children. 

Last but not least, my favorite option is the outdoor kitchen area. Let's face it, camping is all about enjoying the great outdoors and nothing beats enjoying a tasteful meal outside. 

Another awesome feature is the automatic awning and outside speakers. Not to mention, tons of storage space under the queen size bed and rear bunk beds. 

We are located in Temecula, CA and do not mind delivering and setting up the trailer within 50 miles for an additional fee.
Also available to add to the rental are an optional 3500 inverter generator, 2 inflatable stand-up paddle boards and 2 beach cruiser bicycles. 

We try to make the rental process as easy as possible and provide a clean and sanitized trailer for each booking.

We provide clean sheets, comfy pillows, outdoor mat, cooking pans, Keurig Coffee Machine, two outdoor folding chairs and fire quick logs.

Now, for the not so fun stuff. Here is a brief list of requirements and rules:

- Local rentals have a 2 night minimum.
- If we have to deliver, trips over 50 miles have a 3 night minimum. 
- No pick up, drop off or delivery on holidays.
- Pick up, delivery and drop off times may vary; as such, we're flexible with renters. 
- $500 refundable security deposit.
- Renter must be at least 25 years old with a valid drivers license.
- Tow vehicle must be equipped to handle the type of trailer you are renting and must have a brake controller.
- Must tow at safe posted speed and obey state traffic laws.
- No Smoking
- No Festivals
- No Climbing on Roof
- No Pets inside the trailer

My wife and I have traveled throughout the state of California and have explored many beautiful campgrounds. Our favorite destination is Lake Tahoe. Although it's a far drive, the destination is well worth it. From the crystal clear water to the towering mountains, it seems like everywhere you look is captivating. W also love staying local and visiting San Diego or heading out to the desert basin to star gaze. The options are truly infinite when choosing to camp!

About This Vehicle *No festivals or concerts*
Beautiful family RV that is perfect for a small family. It is set up to camp with full hookups or dry camping out in the boonies. 
Inside: Once extended, the slide really opens up the interior of this trailer. The room in the front has an rv queen size bed and a door for privacy, sofa sleeper and a dinette that also transforms into a bed. The kitchen area has a fridge that can run if you have power at your campsite, or on propane if you don’t. For inside cooking, there is a 4 burner stove, oven and microwave. If your hanging out inside, you’ll be more than comfortable if you need to run the AC, heater, or you can sit and enjoy the indoor fireplace. The TV is setup to be able to connect to the campgrounds WiFi service or your own hotspot device. Both TVs have Roku built in. The entertainment system can play local radio or connect to your Bluetooth device to stream your music to the inside speakers, to the outside speakers or both.  
Outside: Enjoy the outdoor mini Kitchen setup with access to your favorite drinks in the mini fridge (can only work while on full hook ups and/or with generator only). All while listening to the outdoor speakers. The awning has a full length LED light strip for night time lighting.

We provide almost everything you need.

large outdoor trash can with bags, 
2 rolls of paper towels, 
4 rolls of RV toilet paper,

Other things to note:
Our trailer is like new and very comfortable to camp in. It’s very lightweight and easily towable. Dry weight is only 5300lbs and your tow vehicle will need to have a trailer brake system installed. 
Delivery is also available. 
I will go over the whole trailer with you when you come to pick it up, or if we deliver to the campsite, so your completely comfortable with how everything works. 
If you plan on boondocking, we do have a generator available to rent for $30/night with unlimited use. 
We do allow small pets, but we do charge a fee of $25/night.
We do not allow any smoking, vaping or drug use.
Any signs of the previous will result in a $200 fee.

We enjoy the local campgrounds near us including Lake Skinner and Vail Lake. There is also camping at Pechanga and Launch Pointe at Lake Elsinore close by. 
Lake Skinner has fishing and lots of things for the kids to do.
Vail Lake has amenities like miniature golf, a basketball court, frisbee golf, and even has live music on some weekends. 
We also love dry camping in the desert during the winter in Ocotillo Wells & Glamis, and up in Idylwild during the summer at Lake Hemet or Hurkey Creek.

 Mercedes Diesel Sprinter, Dual wheels in the rear When you pull into your overnight space the rig is easy to hook up. It comes equipped with dark shades for the front windshield. The captain's chairs face the living area once you are parked. 

All cookware is included , along with plates , drinking cups and utensils . There is a regular sized coffee pot in the rig as well. The queen sized Murphy bed comes with a clean mattress pad. Please bring your own towels and bedding . There is plenty of cupboard  and drawer space inside . Lots of exterior storage as well .  

Pets welcome , we have two dogs that travel with us . One small dog and a short haired Lab. They love to go places as well. 

We like the beach and Mountains . We have discovered that most parks with full hookups are very nice to stay in . The rig has hydraulic levelers . Parking on pavement or a hard packed service makes it easy to level

This is a Delivery Only unit.

We only offer delivery and setup at this time. You just tell us the location and we make sure the trailer is ready to go! Base rate is $175 up to 30 miles. After 30 miles = $5 per mile (up to 200 miles). Setup Fee = $150 and includes setup, breakdown and grey/black tank dumping.

***No Moving of the trailer. 
***All fees associated with the delivery and pick up of the camper (i.e. state park entry fee, etc.) are the responsibility of the renter.


Generator: This unit does not come with a generator equipped but we have one for dry camping under the add on section!! You only need this for dry camping. Predator 5000 with an electric start! Gas or Propane :)


I would love to welcome you to our Happy Camper “Big Birtha” so you can start making memories all in the comfort of a house on wheels! Our Trailer is just off of the 5 fwy & 15 fwy, a prime location for delivery in all directions. Whether it’s going to the beach, river, mountains, desert, our RV can do it all in comfort and luxury. Clarifications and Rules: 

Festivals: Were glad to rent to family friendly festivals on a case by case basis; however, we do NOT allow Burning Man, due to the extreme damage that the Black Rock City Playa Dust causes to the coach. Festival goers will be considered on a case by case basis. Please expect additional vetting questions and potentially additional fees, if you are renting during this time of year. Please be advised that the RV has GPS and we will ultimately know where you are going, so please be upfront and honest. 

Delivery/Set-Up: YES! Delivery round trip first 30mi is available for $175. Distance after that is $5 per mile and subject to our availability. 

Tanks: If tanks require dumping during dry camping extra charges will apply. Prepare for me to pick up trailer to take it to dump and return. 

Check In/Check Out: Delivery and pick up will be according to campsites check in and out times. Check in and out will be 1 hour after/before campsite check in time and check out times to allow for set up and take down.  Contactless delivery is available. 

** Please prepare for a 30 min walk through of how to manage the RV, depending on experience or a video will be sent via text for contactless delivery. 

Pets: Please limit to 2 animals with an additional charge of $75. No pets on beds or furniture. Pets must be crated when left alone in the RV!

 Other Things About OUR RV:  
 Our RV is equipped with a GPS tracker. Any renter found to have tampered with the unit, or traveled to an undisclosed event/festival/location will be subject to forfeit of up to their entire deposit.  Renters are required to read and sign our SRA (supplemental rental agreement). This will be sent to all renters prior to key exchange.

Please DO NOT:
  -NO smoking or vaping in the coach. If any evidence of such is found (including the green stuff!) You will lose your entire deposit for the rental.  -NO Rooftop Access! Please, stay off the rear exterior ladder. No renter, family member, person or animal shall climb rear ladder or access rooftop at any time during the duration of the rental 
 -Do not flush anything down the toilets other than RV toilet paper.

If you are picking up or dropping off on a Saturday or Sunday, we can do pretty much any time...even really early morning! We also don't charge many of the fees others due, so you basically get all the add-ons for free and get the trailer a day early to prep!
