Designed for making unforgettable memories, spontaneous vacations, or a cozy escape from home, our beautiful trailer comfortably accommodates 7 guests, but can sleep up to 9.

TV, DVD + movies, small tabletop fan, flashlight, fly swatter, cleaning supplies, outdoor rug.

Everything is included with this RV; a Keurig coffee maker, pans, indoor/outdoor table, outdoor chairs, outdoor rug, quick connect propane BBQ, all hoses (water and sewer), all electrical hookups, 5500 watt generator(use hours limited), large shower, 16' garage for your toys plus an outdoor fuel fill station, sleeps 8 comfortably. Two entry doors allow for a private entrance into the front master bedroom with queen bed and Fire TV. The rear entrance welcomes you into the main living area with a couch, two leather recliners, dinette couches that convert into a queen bed, and a queen size bunk bed that retracts up to the ceiling for additional head room when not in use. Included is a 42" wifi Fire TV. Ramp door converts to an elevated patio deck to relax and watch sunset or sunrise with your favorite beverage! Two A/C units to keep you cool on hot days and a heater to warm you up on chilly nights. Completely self contained with 23 gallons (including water heater) of fresh water, inside and outside shower, pottie, heater, a/c (requires shore power or 3000 watt generator) , inside/outside stove, RVque, refrigerator, radio with aux input, outside speakers, LED lighting, King size and double size beds with a dinette that turns into a small bed too. Small safe (to secure your small camera, iPod, etc), plenty of 12 volt sockets to charge all your electronics, and a huge deck (60"X77") deck to haul your gear.

About This Vehicle *No festivals or concerts*
Beautiful family RV that is perfect for a small family. It is set up to camp with full hookups or dry camping out in the boonies. 
Inside: Once extended, the slide really opens up the interior of this trailer. The room in the front has an rv queen size bed and a door for privacy, sofa sleeper and a dinette that also transforms into a bed. The kitchen area has a fridge that can run if you have power at your campsite, or on propane if you don’t. For inside cooking, there is a 4 burner stove, oven and microwave. If your hanging out inside, you’ll be more than comfortable if you need to run the AC, heater, or you can sit and enjoy the indoor fireplace. The TV is setup to be able to connect to the campgrounds WiFi service or your own hotspot device. Both TVs have Roku built in. The entertainment system can play local radio or connect to your Bluetooth device to stream your music to the inside speakers, to the outside speakers or both.  
Outside: Enjoy the outdoor mini Kitchen setup with access to your favorite drinks in the mini fridge (can only work while on full hook ups and/or with generator only). All while listening to the outdoor speakers. The awning has a full length LED light strip for night time lighting.

We provide almost everything you need. 
1 folding table, 
4 camp chairs, 
1 large porch mat, 
large outdoor trash can with bags, 
2 rolls of paper towels, 
4 rolls of RV toilet paper,

Other things to note:
Our trailer is like new and very comfortable to camp in. It’s very lightweight and easily towable. Dry weight is only 5300lbs and your tow vehicle will need to have a trailer brake system installed. 
Delivery is also available. 
I will go over the whole trailer with you when you come to pick it up, or if we deliver to the campsite, so your completely comfortable with how everything works. 
If you plan on boondocking, we do have a generator available to rent for $30/night with unlimited use. 
We do allow small pets, but we do charge a fee of $25/night.
We do not allow any smoking, vaping or drug use.
Any signs of the previous will result in a $200 fee.

We enjoy the local campgrounds near us including Lake Skinner and Vail Lake. There is also camping at Pechanga and Launch Pointe at Lake Elsinore close by. 
Lake Skinner has fishing and lots of things for the kids to do.
Vail Lake has amenities like miniature golf, a basketball court, frisbee golf, and even has live music on some weekends. 
We also love dry camping in the desert during the winter in Ocotillo Wells & Glamis, and up in Idylwild during the summer at Lake Hemet or Hurkey Creek.
