We only offer delivery and setup to campgrounds at this time. You choose the campground location, and we will ensure the trailer is ready! The base rate is $150 up to 15 miles, $250 up to 30 miles, $400 up to 60 miles, and $700 up to 120 miles. The Setup Fee is $150 and includes setup/breakdown, trailer leveling, electrical connection, and plumbing (grey/black tanks). Dumping is extra if not connected to sewage during the visit.

Please note we are not responsible for campground reservations – including cancellations due to COVID. All campground reservations must be made separately from your reservation with us with the campground’s reservation agency. All campground and campsite fees are separate from and in addition to the rental price and costs under this agreement. No refunds will be given for campsite reservation errors. I’m happy to provide any information you need about the trailer to book. Please allow 1.5 hours from available check-in/out time for trailer set up and take down. For example, if the camping site is available for check-in at 2 pm, your check-in with me & trailer will be 3:30 pm or later. For checkout, if it is 11 am at the RV site, your checkout time will be approximately 9:30 am or earlier. It is the renter’s responsibility to make sure the site booked at the campground can and will accommodate the trailer being rented.

If you're looking for a travel trailer that will meet your family's needs then this one is for you! The kiddos will enjoy a good night's rest on the rear corner double-size bunk beds and you will enjoy a good night's rest on the custom king bed inside the front private bedroom. You can also transform the U-shaped dinette and Versa-lounge into extra sleeping spaces. One of the dual entrances leads directly into the rear corner bathroom which has a walk-in shower for you to get squeaky clean each morning. The walk-in pantry is big enough to store your favorite snacks and the oversized refrigerator will keep your beverages nice and cold. There is also an exterior camp kitchen you are sure to love! Currently there's is a 50 inch smart tv in the living room and a 32 inch smart tv in the bedroom.

Rolling Retreat!! 2018 Thor ACE in very good condition. All you will need to bring are your clothes, food, and pillows. We just had 3 smart TV and stereo system put in and we offer Free Wifi.
We have some add on’s to make your traveling experience the best. 
My wife and I want to reassure our future guest that everything is running good.
 We had a problem with our first renter and we felt that there review was not fair to us 
This rent was an emergency for our guest, because the previous host had canceled on them so we took the booking. My husband had to take a day off work to have it washed and prepped so they could pick up early morning. They asked us if it would be ok to pick up early and drop off late and we told them it would not be a problem and we waved the fee’s(we felt bad that they had a host cancel on them the last minute).
**We went over everything with them, we had no idea the stereo shop did not connect the main battery cables that caused the problem they experienced 3 days into there trip. When they returned we asked them if everything was ok and the renters father told us what happened, and the renters said it was ok and left. A couple of days later the renter emailed us about what happened I apologized and asked if there was anything we could do for her, she said everything was good. 
I only wish they would have been honest about having waist and regular paper in the toilet (we gave them 6 rolls of RV toilet paper) that clogged and we had to call someone out to fix the problem and they hide the screen from the window that was broken off. This was partly our fault for trusting them that everything in the RV was good and it was very late night when they returned it , we had seven days to charge them but we chose not to being that they had some bad days in the RV. 
**We want  to let future renters know we are honest and kind people and if it’s our fault we will take care of our renters. If you need to talk with one of us feel free to message us before you rent also if you decide to rent our phones are always on if you have questions or concerns we want your trip to be enjoyable Thank you for your time and have a blessed day
