Trailer weighs 6200 lbs empty which most 1/2 ton trucks and full size suvs can pull. 3/4 ton trucks pull without any issues.

Kitchen: Pots, pans, silverware, cooking utensils, spices, coffee maker, and a toaster. As well as dish soap, hand soap, dish towels, drying mats, sponge.

Shower: Towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided.

Bedding: Full linens, pillows, down comforter, and fitted and flat sheets for both the master bed and bunk beds.

Four rolls RV grade toilet paper provided per rental.

Cleaning Fee and Dump Fee are mandatory for each rental.  Even with full hookup campsites, the trailer is required to be emptied and properly sanitized to ensure sanitary conditions are up to standard.

Unfortunately, due to the size of the trailer, Pinecrest and (Chalet) will not be an option for the trailer.  The trailer is too long for the narrow roads, and therefore unable to be placed in the camp sites (even though the site says trailers up to 40 ft)

This 2018 Keystone 29” travel trailer can comfortably sleep up to 7 people and comes with tons of storage space for all of your adventure gear! The primary bedroom is private and comes with a queen-size bed. Our trailer also has double-size bunk beds along with the sofa and dining table which convert into twin beds. The trailer also has a 16' exterior awning with attached LED lighting. Trailer comes with two batteries and two propane tanks. Propane tanks will be full at pickup. This trailer has everything you need for full service sites, including city water/sewer hook-ups and power adapters. Two parallel-operating generators can also be added on if needed. You will need a full-size truck or SUV to tow this trailer. Vehicle must be able to tow at least 7,000 pounds.

This 2019 Keystone 29” travel trailer can comfortably sleep up to 5 people and comes with extra storage space for your adventure gear! The primary bedroom is private and comes with a queen-size bed. Our trailer also has twin bunk beds along with a dinette which convert into a wide-twin bed. The trailer also has a 10' exterior awning with exterior light. Trailer comes with one fully charged battery and one full propane tank. This trailer has everything you need for full service sites, including city water/sewer hook-ups and power adapters. Two parallel-operating generators can also be added-on if needed. This is an easy trailer to pull with a small truck or SUV (Vehicle must be able to tow at least 4,500 pounds).

This 28' Family Xplorer travel trailer is your gateway to family fun, camping adventures, and countless cherished memories. 
Travel trailer sleeps 5-7 people.  Sleeping arrangements include a brand new memory foam queen size mattress in the primary bedroom with dual entry sliding doors for privacy, a U-shaped dinette that converts to a bed, and 2 oversized bunk beds. 
Starting with the main bedroom, there are 2 closets on each side of the bed as well as under bed storage. USB charging ports are located on each side of the bed. Oversized bunk beds come with extra foam padding for comfort and have an USB port for each level. The main living area has a large U-shaped dinette for everyone to enjoy eating or playing games. There is also an electric fireplace that can be set for ambience or heat and an AM/FM/Bluetooth/ Hdmi Stereo with inside and outside speakers.  The kitchen includes a large sink, 3 burner stove, 2 rack oven, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer. Kitchen comes fully stocked with cookware, utensils, plates, cups, silverware and mini Keurig Coffeemaker. 
Enjoy cooking outdoors with an outdoor grill and mini-fridge under the 17' power awning and outdoor LED lights. 
Our trailer allows for full water/sewer hookups. There are 2 - 5 gallon propane tanks for heat, stove, oven, and fridge.  A/C and heat.  A powered jack for easy hookup. 

Delivery (including setup) and pickup available upon request depending on mileage. Delivery fee will be waived if setting up in Oakdale.

- Pets are welcome with a pet fee ($100) Dogs must be potty-trained and any damage occurred by them the renter is responsible for.
-Be cautious when opening and closing slide and awnings. Awning should always be pulled back in when not in use or in windy/rainy conditions.
-Do not flush anything other than RV approved toilet paper down toilet. 
-No festivals.
-Absolutely NO smoking. 
-Trailer must be returned in same condition as it was at the time of pick up. If the trailer is returned dirty, there will be a cleaning fee charged. 
-Any damage done/missing items from camper will be deducted from refundable security deposit. 
-You are responsible for emptying gray and black tanks before return. We will dump the tanks for you for $75 dump fee.

Plenty of sleeping for the whole family with a front bedroom with a queen bed. A rear bedroom with 2 twin beds and a couch that folds into a twin. A living room with a couch that folds into a twin. Front queen and 2 back bedroom beds all come with memory foam toppers. The kitchen has a stove, microwave, big sink and a fridge/freezer. Outdoor awning with LED light.  Comes with  propane tank. Choose to pick it up and tow it yourself or have me drop it off and set it up for you for a fee. Many busy people or retired couples love the outdoors but don’t want to deal with setting up or packing up camp, so allow me to do it for you. Get out there and enjoy the outdoors in this brand new travel trailer.

Pick up time is 9:00 am
Drop off time is 12:00 pm


Sites Musr BE Semi Level.
You are responsible for knowing the park requirements for maximum trailer length.
Sites must have at least 30 amp power.
May be responsible for new batteries if they get drained all the way by dry camping without power. Unit has 1 AC so please take into consideration that if it’s over 100 degrees travel trailers roughly cool 20 degrees lower then the outside temperature due to the thin walls and roof unless you have 2-3 AC units.

Please keep in mind this is camping and not a hotel. Conditions vary. Power at campsites fluctuate or are weaker at the end of the line. Camping spots may not always be wide enough. We will do our best to accommodate you with the circumstances and sites you are given.
