Roomy and open. The best part of this RV are the big windows all over specially the rear window. Very bright and airy! Windows are perfect for beach camping or any other camping so you can view the beautiful surroundings. I replaced the bedroom mattress with a queen size comfy mattress so you can have a good night sleep.  I did say its sleeps 5 but if you have small children, the trailer can sleep 6.  We also enjoy the huge bathroom, most RVs have super small bathrooms which present all kinds of issues. Fully stocked --Includes linens, kitchenware, cookware and towels. We also have a super quiet generator if needed. I will deliver and Set-up for you (I actually enjoy this part). Super cool looking with the black, gray and silver combo. I love this trailer!

The trailer will come with everything you will need for inside the trailer. Linens, pillows, towels, toilet paper, cleaning detergents, kitchen ware, utensils, coffee machine, toaster, blender and more! I did say its sleeps 5 but if you have small children, the trailer can sleep 6.

Our cozy trailer offers everything you need to have a great stay at one of the many resorts or campgrounds in the San Diego area. This listing is available for delivery only. The many state beach campgrounds in San Diego do not accept rental or deliveries from this platform.
 The bunk room has double bunks to provide a little extra space. Each bunk bed has its own outlet and USB outlet to charge phones and electronic devices. There is a third mattress to make for three sleeping areas for the kids in the bunk room upon request. Close the door and they can have their own space to relax, recover from a fun day, or sleep.
This unit is equipped with a tankless water heater, allowing you to adjust the temperature to your preference. The main bedroom has a queen bed and offers USB and household outlets on each side of the bed. A large closet and drawers offer lots of places to keep clothes out of the way.

Queen bed has clean linens along with a blanket and 2 pillows. Bunk beds have clean sheets, one blanket, and one pillow each. Basic assortment of pots, pans, and baking sheet along with cups, bowls, plates, utensils, small air fryer, and a 12 cup coffee maker. There is also a small assortment of family friendly games in the cabinet above the loveseat couch.

In the storage compartment, there are 4 camp chairs, hot dog roasters, along with 2 steaks to tie up any furry friends you may bring along.

Absolutely no smoking inside the trailer.
Please enjoy your time, but remember, this is our home away from home when we take family trips.

Being an Active Duty military family, we really enjoy spending time on Camp Pendleton at either Del Mar Beach, San Onofre Beach, or Lake Oneil. We enjoy stays at NASCAR tracks for race weekends and weekend fishing trips at local beaches and lakes! If you do not have access to military installation campgrounds, Campland on the Bay and San Diego KOA offer great amenities for families. Many of the County Parks are great places to stay but only offer water and electrical connections.

Garage depth is 14' and a max height of 74". Bathroom is large for your needs. Unit offers central air conditioning, furnace, a private master bedroom with a king size bed and a 42" TV. The main cabin offers a motorized queen bunk and a double couch dinette that also converts to a queen size bed. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Main cabin also offers a fire place for heat and a 42" TV for your comfort. Kitchen space offers a full refrigerator and freezer, stove, microwave, sink, and a Keurig. Kitchen countertop also offers LED lit countertops. 
If you are not hauling toys or just want to enjoy sunshine, this unit also offers a convertible patio with a full patio surround for safety. 
Solar panels installed to keep the battery charged and this unit offers a onboard generator. Fuel for the generator is not provided. The fuel tank is shared with a external pump to gas up all of your toys. 
Dry Trailer weight is 7,891 pounds. Gvrw is 11,500 pounds. Unit is equiped with a 100 gallon fresh water tank, a 40 gallon gray tank, and a 40 gallon black tank and 2 - 20 pound propane tanks.
