Please return the van at the agreed time to avoid late fees.

Return the van with the same amount of fuel as when you picked it up.

Respect any mileage limits set by the rental agreement and notify us if you expect to exceed them.

Please report any damage or issues with the van as soon as they occur.

Life is about moments, get out there and create them in comfort while renting our 2021 trailer. We’ve created many great memories in our trailer and hope you do too. This trailer is clean, we do not smoke/vape or engage in any illicit drug use and expect the same from our renters. This is our home away from home and are sharing it with you. 

If you’re looking for a trailer that’s spacious with a separate room for privacy, 2 bunks, and a dinette that converts into additional sleeping, this is it. The bathroom is spacious with a stand up shower. The kitchen is equipped with some cooking utensils. The living area is comfy with a fireplace and TV for those R&R days (note:WiFi is not included).

This minnie winnie is 23' in length and drives just as if it were a uhaul. Very easy to drive and small enough that it will fit in any campsites. 
Has a large over cab bed that sleeps two, a queen bed in the back, and a u-shaped dinnette that converts into a smaller bed, comfortable for children. 
We can provide linens if desired. Fully equiped with all your kitchen and dining needs.
The RV is dog friendly, but please no smoking.
We are centrally located near many of California's prime locations, with the giant redwoods to the north, the northern California coast only 30 minutes away, and beautiful napa valley to the east about 30 minutes as well. Also, renting this rv for extra sleeping space during family gathering or while touring sonoma state before enrollment has also been popular.

Plenty of kitchen prep space, comfy couch for viewing TV and family of four will sleep comfortably with queen for parents and two bunks for the kids.  It also allows for the dinette to turn in a bed and can sleep two small ones. A large exterior awing with outdoor lighting and camp chairs.  Come enjoy the outdoors with us.
