This camper sleeps 5 with one queen bed and 3 mini beds (a set of bunks and a convertible table bed). Indoor/outdoor speakers for radio or Bluetooth capability, power awning, heat/AC, gas stove and microwave. Comes equipped with everything you need to park and enjoy! Lawn chairs, folding table and other camping essentials included as well. We recommend anywhere in Nashville - specifically Brown County State Park and the KOA. We are very familiar with Paynetown and Spring Mill, as well!

There is a $50 pet fee for each pet, 2 dogs max. Also ask about our 10% discounts for Military, Firefighters/EMS, Police, Nurses, and Teachers. Must provide valid credentials to receive discount.

There is 6 extra camping chairs, all your cooking utensils, pots, pans, and cups. Bathroom has towls, tolit paper and hygiene products as well. All bedding pillows sheets and blankets are included. We also provide some snacks, filtered water, coffee and tea. All of this at no extra cost.

This is a tobacco free camper, no smoking, vape, and chewing. We want this to be a family friendly camper for everyone to enjoy. Please clean up bathroom tolit after use so there are no surprises when we sanitize the unit at the end of the return. There will be a extra cleaning fee added if returned with waste on or around the tolit. Please strip used beeding and place in laundry bin at the end of trip to make it easier to clean and sanitize. Thanks.

If you plan on staying at any of the campsites in brown county, I recommend hitting up the small local shops, exploring the state park and soaking in all the natural beauty.
