This camper is loaded for your adventure, yet plenty of room for your belongings and loved ones. Our camper has an upgraded 8in memory foam queen mattress on the Murphy main bed and mattress toppers on the bunks.
All beds have mattress covers and pillow liners including fresh sheets pillow cases and blankets. For rainy rainy days we have inside games such as Monopoly, Life, Jenga. We absolutely love our outdoor kitchen with two gas burners, a griddle and mini a fridge

Our camper has a Queen Murphy bed that pulls down, flip up for couch during the day.
A dinette that converts to a bed, no bedding included for this. Two double size bunk beds with lots of storage underneath , a full bath with stand up shower, large kitchen sink, microwave, small oven and refrigerator and freezer, radio. Bedding on all 3 beds,  8 bed pillows , 6 camp chairs, 8 bath towels and cloths, kitchen towels and cloths, toaster, keurig, pots pans, silverware,  assorted kitchen utensils,  measuring cups and spoons, grilling tools, 4 roasting sticks, a knife set, lighters, strainer, cookie sheets, casserole dishes, mixing bowls , plates, bowls, cups, coffee cups,  assorted baggies, trash bags, cooking spray salt and pepper, dish soap, paper towels, hangers, dirty laundry hamper, hair dryer, flat iron.

Sorry, Absolutely No Smoking, No Vaping, and No Pets.

Smoke and Smoking Policy:
Smoking is Never Allowed in the unit.  It is important to remember that if you smoke, sometimes that odor remains on your clothes or comes in through windows if smoking around the unit.  Please be aware that any lingering odors related to smoking that require extra time and cleaning will be charged against your security deposit.  

Campfires are fun and relaxing, however, it is important to remember that smoke from a campfire can ruin the interior of an RV.  Please be cautious and mindful of wind direction so that smoke does not enter the RV through windows or on your clothes.  If the RV needs to be cleaned because of odors from campfires, please be aware that there will be charges against your security deposit.  
Excessive Cleaning Fee:  $300

Internal bedding, blankets, and towels should never be used outside, especially around a campfire.  Embers are notorious for ruining these items.  Replacement of these items will be charged against your security deposit.
