This 2018 Thor ACE is an amazing family vehicle, with very low miles, in super clean like-new condition, offered for selected rentals only to responsible, respectful, and caring renters. 

The class A allows you to experience all of your favorite outdoor destinations in the comfort of what feels like a nicely appointed hotel. The RV features a king bed in the back (rear slide that allows more bedroom space), a sofa that converts to bed, table that coverts to bed, and a bed that comes down above the cab. The table/ kitchen area is on a whole wall slide that makes the RV feel spacious. The auto-leveling jacks make setup easy.

* Sleeps a party of 6-8 comfortably. *


To allow you to fully enjoy the outdoors, the following amenities are included:
+ Fresh and spacious Class A - large slide-out makes a large living room.

This camper is loaded for your adventure, yet plenty of room for your belongings and loved ones. Our camper has an upgraded 8in memory foam queen mattress on the Murphy main bed and mattress toppers on the bunks.
All beds have mattress covers and pillow liners including fresh sheets pillow cases and blankets. For rainy rainy days we have inside games such as Monopoly, Life, Jenga. We absolutely love our outdoor kitchen with two gas burners, a griddle and mini a fridge
We know you will enjoy the space our family camper has to offer.

Our camper has a Queen Murphy bed that pulls down, flip up for couch during the day.
A dinette that converts to a bed, no bedding included for this. Two double size bunk beds with lots of storage underneath , a full bath with stand up shower, large kitchen sink, microwave, small oven and refrigerator and freezer, radio. Bedding on all 3 beds,  8 bed pillows , 6 camp chairs, 8 bath towels and cloths, kitchen towels and cloths, toaster, keurig, pots pans, silverware,  assorted kitchen utensils,  measuring cups and spoons, grilling tools, 4 roasting sticks, a knife set, lighters, strainer, cookie sheets, casserole dishes, mixing bowls , plates, bowls, cups, coffee cups,  assorted baggies, trash bags, cooking spray salt and pepper, dish soap, paper towels, hangers, dirty laundry hamper, hair dryer, flat iron.

Sorry, Absolutely No Smoking, No Vaping, and No Pets.

Please note canopy is recommended for shade not rain, tilt canopy if rain in forecast, close if rain is present.
Please put any used bedding and towels in shower when checking out

This rig is absolutely an ease to drive. It fires up quickly, runs great, and you can bring your family, your friends, and their friends also if you'd like!

Smoke Free - No smells or odors. Very Clean!!!

Sleeping for an easy 8-9 people, (factory says 11, which pending ages could be fine).

BIG Foot Automatic Stabilizers - Get to your spot, power on, and hit "auto", and that's all she wrote! The trailer will automatically stabilize.

Comfort: I think you'll love the furniture, and we also have fully stocked with linens, and other necessities. Just let us know also if there are additional items ya think you'll need, and we'll try to accommodate!

With a generator (which you can use While Driving), to fire up one of the 3 - TV's (One in master, one in bunk area with sofa), and one large 40" Smart TV in the main room), you'll be able to watch anything ya want on those big drives, or if you are stuck inside in bad weather...Not too mention, run the fridge, outlets, and even the A/C en' motion!

This is a No Smoking Coach...

Cooking things inside that leave odors/film on walls, etc. will result in a cleaning fee or loss of deposit. If inside, don't cook food that leaves nasty odors, like fish, bacon, etc. 

We are actually really laid back - Treat the camper well, as you would treat a friends if you were borrowing it, and you will have an amazing time!!!

Most important recommendation would be take notes on operation, and have our phone number ready as needed. We are only a phone call away if you have any questions...When in doubt, Call...

Otherwise, we ask that you treat this camper as your own.
