**Delivery and Setup Available depending on availability. My husband and I both have full time jobs. We will do our best to accommodate all delivery requests. We will confirm at booking request. Delivery costs will be adjusted upon confirmation of location. The charges will be $150 + $1.50 per mile for delivery and pickup. Setup will include leveling, hooking up water, electric and opening awning.

There is no smoking,pets or drugs allowed in unit. A $500 fee will be added in the case there is. The $80cleaning fee is for the entire rental time period. There will be an additional $100 cleaning fee in the case the unit is left excessively dirty. The $500 security deposit is only to help cover any damages done and if the unit is still in the same fashion  structurally as it was prior to renting, the deposit will be fully refunded with no hassle guaranteed. All the essentials are included, reusable cups and plates, toilet paper, 4 camping chairs, a stocked s’mores kit, and blackstone with stand great for big bacon breakfasts! Roku tv can use a phone hotspot to stream tv/movies on a rainy day or the cabinet is stocked with travel size games! 

No smoking or pets inside the camper please. 

• In Indiana, Turkey Run and Clifty Falls are our favorite state parks for hiking trails and waterfalls. Racoon lake has boat rentals to hit the lake on a warm summer weekend! Spring mill has a beautiful pioneer village and rugged and dark (seriously bring a bright flashlight) cave to explore. 
• If you’re looking for out of State, talk to us about Mammoth Caves or Hocking Hills!!

This is a 2022 Forest River Cherokee Wolf Pup 16BHS Travel Trailer.  Comfortable trailer with a lot in a small package. Sleeps 4-5. Queen size bed for two, two bunk beds and then the table folds down into a bed.  Lots of area for storage to bring your gear. Overhead cabinets above the kitchen sink, the dinette and over the queen size bed. The big storage area is under the queen size bed which you can access by lifting up the bed or from the outside. Also, there is a storage towards the back which is accessible from outside as well, underneath the bunk bed area. Internal tub/shower in the restroom as well as an outdoor shower if you need to just get clean outside as well. There are external speakers that you can connect to if you want to enjoy your entertainment sitting outside the trailer, and a mini fridge that is set up to grab those cold drinks without having to go into the trailer as well. Great lighting control for inside and outside or just for accent on the automatic expandable awning.
