Ready to help you make memories this summer is our 2008 Rockwood Freedom pop-up camper. This lightweight, cozy and clean camper is easy to tow and can be pulled with a small SUV or minivan. 

Our camper has a slide out queen and full size bed and a dinette that can be converted into additional sleeping space. The roomy layout allows for extra seating inside. The unit comes with a heater for cooler nights and a fan to keep the air circulating on warmer days. Each slide out bed includes a fitted bed sheet. 

Please note, this camper does not have a usable sink.

You will need a 2 inch ball hitch and 7 pin electric hookup on your tow vehicle. Also, if you do not have electric hook-up you will need to bring lanterns and/or flashlights as the camper can not run lights on battery power. 

Please allow 45 minutes for us to show you how easy it is to pop up and take down this camper and answer any questions you may have.

Fees:
Cleaning fee - $75. Will be applied if camper is not returned in the clean condition it was provided in.
Propane tank fee - $30. If you need a propane tank to run the heater we can include that for you. Please select this from the Enhance Your Trip section below. 

Pet fee - $50. Dogs under 40 lbs. are allowed but not on the beds or dinette cushions. Sorry, no cats. If you plan on bringing your pup please select this from the Enhance Your Trip section below.

Microwave and coffee pot with filters (both need electric hookup to the camper to work)

It is highly recommended to only use this camper with a campground site that has electric hookup.
This camper DOES NOT have a working sink/water supply.

My wife and I, with our 3 children, have been camping together in both the wilderness and in campgrounds for over 30 years and want to make our outdoor equipment available to those unable to store their own.  Our hybrid camper is new to us and we love it!!  Perfect for campgrounds, boondocking, or extra beds for that family reunion. We love the large table for playing games and the spacious living area for rainy days, but most of all, we love the  two canvas drop-down beds so we feel like we are outside, even when we are inside and can hear the rain and sounds of the night as we drift off to sleep.  Officially sleeps 8, comfortably sleeps 7.   We have a sweet, large dog that loves camping with us and encourage you to bring yours!  To that end, dog dishes and a dog blanket are included.  Our favorite part of camping is exploring the surrounding areas by hiking, kayaking, canoeing and biking.  If you have room in your truck bed, please consider adding-on our Perception kayaks or Old Town Discovery canoe.

2019 Forest River Wildwood X-Lite 73 Qbxl travel trailer is a versatile lightweight bunkhouse that weighs in at 6,200 Lbs. and is easily pulled with a 1/2 ton rig. This great 33-foot travel trailer has been well maintained and used lightly so far. It is packed with features and includes master bedroom with door, quad bunk-beds with a door in the back (in a separate bunkhouse room), Fireplace, Large u-shaped dinette, air conditioning, and lots of space inside with a large slide-out. Power Awning and an outdoor kitchen (small fridge, stove, and sink) make for outdoor enjoyment! The huge windows inside let in tons on light. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stovetop, oven, and pantry. The rig has an equalizer hitch for towing.

Basic utensils and some eating and serving dishes are included. Please provide your own bedding, towels, RV Toilet Paper, camping chairs etc.

**Black/grey/fresh water reservoirs must be rinsed and empty prior to return of unit. If the unit is returned with reservoirs full or partially full, damage deposit will not be refunded. 

Please ensure your towing vehicle is capable and legal for towing prior to pickup. Full size pick up trucks are recommended.  Towing vehicle must have a trailer brake controller installed, purchased or rented at the time of pickup. We recommend our renters obtain additional insurance through their insurance provider. 

We recommend locating camp sites with water/sewer hook ups or dump stations for ease of use. Fees will be charged for units returned with full waste tanks.

Delivery and parking options are available. 

What makes it easy:
*Six seatbelts - can safely have all passengers / children in buckles while moving which is often hard to find in a sprinter van. 
* All the basics are in the van from dishes, to sheets, to fans and toilet paper. We want you to be able to grab a bag and go! 
* The pop top is great for an adults or kids. Allows for two separate areas if people want to spread out, or have a little privacy or alone time.
* All the windows have shades to create privacy and be as dark as you want as you sleep.
*Great Size - Fits in a standard parking spot. It is the smallest RV that still has a toilet and shower. At just under 20 feet, it can pretty much go anywhere. Easily go into town or any parking lot as it's only about 2-3 feet longer than a large SUV.

* Bedding for both the queen Murphy bed in the back, as well as the pop-top. Extra blankets for both.

 Our 2018 Forest River is a great combination of comfort and flexibility. It is easy to drive and handle at 24' in length and can accommodate almost all roads and camping spots. At the same time, it boasts sleeping for 6 with a queen rear bed, a large over-the-cab bed and the U-shaped seating area converts into a bed as well. There is a good-sized bathroom with separate shower and toilet. It has all of the modern amenities such as a stove, oven, microwave, TV, DVD, A/C, heat, etc. along with a motorized shade and outside lights and speakers. Additionally, there is ample exterior and interior storage. We are excited to share our RV with others so they can have the great experiences in nature that our family has enjoyed. The RV comes with everything you need including towels, bedding, cooking supplies, coffee maker, games, movies, etc. FYI, the RV does have a slide out but we are restricting use as we have had issues with it in the past and it has caused renters more issues than enjoyment.
