This is a very comfortable and spacious mid bunkhouse with all the rooms to stretch out and relax. This unit will sleep up to eight people just let us know how many sets of linens you will need. We completely clean and sanitize this unit after every rental therefore we do give a discount on multiple nights and weekly rentals. It does come with an outdoor cooking area to include sink fridge and small gas stove top. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and large storage area so you don't have to worry about where to place the suitcases. Any children or grandchildren you may bring along we'll fall in love with the overhead sleeping area in this mid bunk configuration. We look forward to meeting you and sharing our RV and all it has to offer.

South MS offers a wide range of campgrounds both on the beach and off.  It's as simple as selecting the campground and making a reservation.  This Class C is easy to drive and set up and by staying close to home, the outrageous gas prices won't break the vacation budget.

The Princess P, our motorhome's nickname, was designed for maximum comfort with minimal stress.  We will deliver and set up the Princess P at any south MS campground of your choosing (within 50 miles of Gulfport), so all you have to do is bring your clothes, run to the grocery store and move in.  The Princess P offers entertainment both inside and outside with board games and outdoor activities when you are not taking advantage of all the coastal activities from fishing to kayaking to sunning on the beach.


The Princess P is stocked with freshly washed linens for each bed with additional linens available for those longer vacations, 4 folding camp chairs, 2 Adirondack chairs, outdoor rug, box of games (Connect Four, Uno, soccer ball, football, frisbee, etc), fire pit with grill, single cup coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, both cooking/eating utensils, towels, 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels.

This unit does not have WiFi or a television because the idea is to relax, enjoy family time and get away from your go-go-go lifestyle.  Kick back, play some games, cook some s'mores, meet other campers, let the kids be kids and destress from the daily grind.

We do not allow smoking of any kind in the Princess P.  If you would like to rent extra items such as bikes, kayaks, a dog kennel or bed bumper for your little one (to be used on the dinner table bed only), please let us know.  We can also provide you with a grocery concierge.

The bathroom contains a fiberglass shower, toilet, and sink. Four towels and wash cloths are provided.
You can choose to cook using the indoor kitchen, which includes a farm sink, gas stove, and a large refrigerator.  For your convenience, all utensils, pots, pans, 5 cup coffee pot, toaster, and a countertop ice maker are included.
If outdoor cooking is your thing, the outdoor kitchen provides a sink, two gas burners, and a refrigerator. In addition, a 22-inch Blackstone grill with a propane container is provided to make cooking family meals that much easier.

Stay in our beautiful and upgraded 2022 Forest River 178bhsk travel trailer. 3870 lbs dry weight - so towable by many midsized SUVs/midsized trucks.   If your tow vehicle doesn't have a brake controller, one will be loaned out for a small fee.   

Two large bunks, queen murphy bed and large dinette that converts into a bed. Sleeps 5 adults comfortably, or 8 with a combination of adults and children.  Waterproof covers on all mattresses.

The slide-out greatly increases interior space. Two burner stove, microwave, large 11 cu ft fridge, large sink. Sink covers provide extra prep space. TV with dvd player. Bluetooth speaker. USB charging ports and LED lighting throughout. Bathroom has stand up shower, toilet and sink with medicine cabinet.  Storage under dinette and above queen bed. Large storage compartment outside. Outdoor griddle with fridge. Large electric awning with LED strip light. Outdoor hot/cold shower. 

A surge protector with lock is provided, plugged to campsite power.  If you are towing: a tow hitch with weight distribution/sway control is provided. Your tow vehicle needs a 7 pin round connector to connect to the trailer.  You will need to lift a 40lb hitch when removing the hitch or setting up to tow.  We will assist with the initial set up at handover.

Pick UP/Drop OFF:  Renters can pick up/drop off the trailer with their own tow vehicles at 5pm on weekdays.  Weekends are more flexible.  Earlier weekday pick up/drop off available some days.  Please check with us.

Delivery:  Delivery by us to your campsite (we drop off at the start of your trip/ pick up at the end of your trip) is available most weekends.  Delivery on weekdays is based on our schedule at that time.  Please check with us.  Note:  When making an inquiry, please specify if we are delivering or you are towing with your vehicle.





PROVIDED: Pots and pans, metal cutlery, microwave safe plastic plates and bowls, plastic mixing bowl, drinking cups, coffee cups, coffee maker, electric kettle, can opener, knives, cutting board, kitchen scissors, trash bags, trash cans. Dish soap, dish sponge, kitchen towels, complimentary indoor slippers. Hand broom with dustpan. Extra toilet paper. Use ONLY the supplied RV specific toilet paper. Regular toilet paper damages plumbing and renters will be liable.  RV toilet paper is available at Walmart if you run out.  

Upon hand over of the trailer, renter and owner will sign the Supplementary Rental Agreement (SRA).  The SRA details the responsibilities of both parties during the rental period.  Please see the FAQ section which details some of the main points of the SRA.  Dogs OK. Most festivals OK.  Absolutely no smoking.  Entire unit is cleaned, then sanitized after each booking.  Interior is kept dehumidified between bookings.  Trailer is covered when not in use.  If delivery to your campsite is required, the rate is $4.00 per mile with an $80 minimum charge.  Delivery includes setting up the trailer at your campsite and breakdown at the end of your trip.  Can deliver up to 100 miles.  Delivery further than 100 miles may be available at times, depending on our schedule.  Please check with us.

Places we have stayed at which we can recommend include Fontaienbleau State Park in Louisiana, just an hour away and highly recommended.  Other recommended sites are Paul B Johnson State Park, just over an hour away, Gulf State Park and Grayton Beach State Park, in Florida.  There are also several RV campsites in the immediate area, although we have not stayed at them.
