Be sure to check the size limits of where you will be staying to be sure the RV fits! 
When driving be sure to plan your route on roads that do not have low clearance bridges or have tunnels that do not allow propane tanks. Our RV is 28' 8" Long, 11' 8" Tall and has a 42 lb (12.2 Gal) Propane tank.


We are located within 20 minutes of interstate 89 which gets you quickly on your way to your destination. We have the ocean and mountains less than 2hrs drive with many RV campgrounds to choose from. Even closer are many beautiful lakes, rivers, mountains and forests with even more campgrounds located close to where you want to be.

Perfect cozy RV for short weekends or the long haul.  TV in both the living room and master bedroom.   LED fireplace and heater.   Adjustable lighting based on your need.  Gas stove and water heater.  Heated and massage captain chairs for the living room.  Lots of storage space inside and outside for your packing needs.  

**Do to work restraints we can only deliver and pick up the unit on Saturday or Sunday.  When renting the unit, you will need to select to have the unit for a minimum of one week.  With a delivery on one of those two days of the week.  We apologize for any inconvenience. 

Fresh linens.  Additional can be provided for trips longer than a week.  Dishes, silverware and cups.  There is the ability to hook up a TV to the outside if wanted/needed (not provided).  There are two TV’s inside.  Cable line is provided for hook up at camp sites that provide it.  

Take your time while towing.  No reason to be in a hurry.  It’s time to relax. Give yourself extra space when turning or backing it up.  When in doubt, go around the loop and start again when backing in to a camp spot.  We have many times.  😁

**Please be considerate of the size of this RV when booking campsites.  Pull through sites are preferred.

Just go.  Explore and enjoy.  We have been across over 23 states with this RV.  It is easy to tow.  Extremely comfortable to sleep in.  Great for family time.

The go anywhere off-grid ready or just glamping-lite popup camper. True off road camper with high clearance mud tires and independent suspension. It has up to 40 gal. of fresh water supplying the kitchen and shower with on demand hot water if needed. The OP4 comes with 2 batteries that will last for several days depending on use. Also comes with onboard heater for use on those cold night or late season trips. The OP4 can sleep 6 in 3 double beds or fold the main bed and dinette area into a luxurious King size. Beats sleeping in tent in any condition. The OP4 is equipped with a kitchen that includes sink, and 4 burner stove. The OP4 onboard ARB fridge/fever for keeping things cool/frozen. Setting up and tearing down camp is easy, just flip the storage rack up, open both sides, turn on the air compressor to inflate the 8 ft tall ceiling. The fully loaded camper is approximately 4000 lbs (approximately 2900 lbs dry weight). This can be towed by full size truck or mid-size SUV/truck with a class IV receiver (2”x2”) can tow the camper. It does require tow hitch specific to the camper which will be provided.

- IMPORTANT: Our girl is BIG and she cannot make it underneath anything less than 10’6”. This means no drive thrus or small bridges. Please please please be aware of this and cautious as you drive our tiny home to your amazing adventures
- She does not have high clearance or 4 wheel drive so if you are attempting to go somewhere with big rocks, super uneven terrain, mud or loose sand, you will get stuck and damage the van!
- Please do not drive with the table fully mounted as it will swing and shatter the glass in the rear windows
- Absolutely NO SMOKING will be tolerated. If there is any remnants or smell of smoke in the vehicle when returned there will be a $150 fee taken out of your deposit.

We have taken our van to over 40 states now and in each state we have found such incredible beauty! In New England, we recommend driving north to the White Mountains in New Hampshire to see the fall foliage, go on some incredible hikes, and explore the Kancamagus highway. Continue on to Vermont and its incredible mountains this winter to ski/snowboard or Maine where you can visit Portland & its numerous breweries, small beach towns, and Acadia National Park!

Talulah is a 2019 Mercedes sprinter 144 (the shorty) with all the options. Heated leather seats make the long trips that much more enjoyable, nav, color dash, 360 camera and every available safety option that Mercedes puts in a sprinter! It is a 6 cylinder Diesel yet still drives like a car. The conversion is a fully insulated custom upfit with a roof air conditioner, sink, stove top, outlets, and outdoor propane on demand hot water shower off the back doors. The bed can be folded away to expose benches on each side making plenty of room in the center for your full size motorcycle or just bicycles, kayaks or whatever outdoor gear you might have. It does have an optional “jump” seat (best for kids) with a seatbelt.
