Fully equiped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, freezer, two burner stove, and sink. A comfortable full size bed in the rear easily converts to a sofa with a push of a button. A versatile table can be installed in the front or rear for convenience. Satellite wifi is available and sometimes a must. Ample storage in closets and cabinets for all of your goodies. 

The kitchen is equipped with basic pots and pans, plates, cups, and utensils. Bedding is provided along with towels and paper products. Outdoor equipment includes 2 folding chairs, folding table, and outdoor shower. Screen doors for front and rear to keep the fresh breeze in and bugs out :) 

A safe place is provided for your vehicle to park while you are on your adventure. Located less than 1 mile from Kabq Airport. Also, a very positive thing to mention is this accommodation is provided as a team effort. It will be Tantra (the owner of Dakini and home), myself, or Jessica that will help you with your needs along the way!

2026 Starcraft Ar-One

The 31H Minnie Winnie Class C motor home has double slide-outs, a set of bunks, and it sleeps a total of 10 guests (nine comfortably). There is ample space behind the front passenger and driver seats with the large slide out sofa/bed and three burner range fully extended. There are three sets of seat belts across the sofa for safe traveling. To the right of the entry door is a booth dinette that also features seat belts and can provide additional sleeping as well as seating for mealtimes and more. This unit features a refrigerator, counter space, a double sink, and the three burner range plus overhead cabinet storage. In the rear of the RV is a bedroom and bath where you will find the slide out set of bunks and wardrobe w/drawers. There is also a queen sized bed with nightstands opposite the slide out wardrobe.

Pets are OK as we are pet-lovers as well, but please take care to clean up accordingly after any pet stay. NO SMOKING in the unit please.

This Jayco Popup camper is perfect for camping in style! It offers a push button electric lift roof system, which means no manual cranking. Sets up in minutes by just one person.

The Jayco 1207 is a 12′ pop-up camper with a dry weight of only 2005 lbs that can be towed by vehicles such as mini vans and SUVs. It is in like new condition. It can sleep up to 8 people with 1 king and 1 queen pull out beds and two dining areas that can convert to beds. 1 full size and a smaller one for children. It is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, sink, hot water heater, and heat furnace.

This camper is lightweight and can be pulled by almost any vehicle with a 2" ball hitch and electrical hookups (7 pin round or 4 pin flat).

Your rental includes (at no additional charge):
At least 1 full tank of propane
23 gals fresh water
Cooking Pots and Frying Pan
Cooking utensils
Plates/Bowls , silverware, Mugs (Service for four)
Weight distribution hitch.

Pick-up and drop-off during any daylight hours. Prior arrangements need to be made for pick-up or drop-off outside daylight hours.

Things to Know:
There is no bathroom in the unit so you will need to be at a campground that has facilities or be okay finding alternate locations for relieving yourself. Renters will need to provide bedding. There are mattress pads and sheets but no blankets or pillows provided.

Unfortunately due to extremely bad road conditions no Chaco Canyon trips are allowed

Delivery is available at $3.50 per towing mile (100 miles away would be $350. total) You get delivery and setup, Then I will take it down and pick it up after you vacation.
