This RV is brand new 2024 Keystone Bunkhouse.  It is fully equipped with all the amenities of home.  There is a private bedroom with a queen bed and tv.  The bunkbeds sleep 4 small children or 2 teenagers.  The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook all your meals.  This RV also has a full bathroom and a large dining room table that converts to another full sized bed.  There are games on this RV for family fun time away from any electronics.  There is a tv in the main room for family enjoyment.  Plugs are available throughout this RV to charge phones and electronics.
This rig has solar for those times that power might go out on you during your camping.  Optional outside tv is available for an extra price.  There is an outdoor refrigerator and griddle to enjoy the outdoors while cooking meals.  There is plenty of storage for all your needs.  
This RV is towable by your 1/2 ton truck.  Delivery is also available to your favorite camp site.  We would love to share the enjoyment of camping.

Exceptionally functional design allows for maximum use of space for quality living on the go. She is fully equipped with a queen-sized bed and sleeps

Sleeping arrangements: 
Private queen master bedroom in the rear and a overhead bunk in the front. Two additional convertible beds on the couch and dinette offer more sleeping room. The beds all have bedding, blanket and pillows.

Power slide, and single entrances are perfect for any location.
The fully stocked kitchen has a nice refrigerator with a freezer, 3 burner stove, oven, microwave, and added electrical appliances for use with shore power.
The dinette is perfect for meals. 

The bathroom has plenty of room. It features a toilet, sink, and shower. 
Freshwater holding tank with 44 gallons and both greywater and blackwater holding tanks with 30 gallons each.

This rental is for a family-friendly camping experience. No smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, vaping, or otherwise) inside the camper.
The RV does have a generator.

We clean and sanitize the camper between each rental.
All linens are removed and washed every rental.
Cleaning supplies are in the camper including disinfectant, dish soap, cleaning towels, and hand soap.

Winnifred has had a blast at races and events.
She has also been to several state parks and scenic journeys from Oklahoma to New Jersey. 
We want to get a picture of Winnifred at every Major US park! There is a Polaroid camera please take a photo with Winnie to leave in her travel book!

This is a clean and well-maintained RV, ready for your next family vacation or weekend getaway.  This is a perfect option for families with fur children as we are pet friendly. This is our new journey in the RV life, and we would like to share the adventure with you. 
Our RV sleeps 6 comfortably (adult/teens) or 8 if there are small children. The RV has an RV queen in the master bedroom suite, queen in the overhead cab, twin sized bunk bed in walk space, and the dining table converts into an oversized twin bed. 
TV's: master bedroom, walkway for bunks, living area space, and outdoor entertainment center. 
Storage: ample storage space throughout the entire RV including closets for clothes. Outdoor undercarriage storage for any and all extra's brought on your adventure. 
Kitchen: 4-burner stove and oven, microwave, extra collapsible countertop space next to sink location, refrigerator and freezer. Tankless hot water system.   
Bathroom: Full bathtub and shower.
Built-In generator. 
 

At this time, we will provide towels and wash clothes, a couple rolls of toilet paper and paper towels, 2 camping chairs, fresh sheets for all beds, pots and pans for cooking, Keurig coffee pot and coffee cups. We have a couple extras you are welcome to rent such as kayaks and a small grill that will fit in undercarriage. 

The RV will be ready for your travel with a full tank of gas, and it is expected to return as such. Gray and black water tank can be emptied upon return by owner. No smoking or festivals allowed. Your pets are welcome. Thank you for your consideration in renting our family RV. 

We are new to this life so we will be collecting data and feedback as we embark on this journey. We will ebb and flow as we learn. We will plan on utilizing our RV for out-of-town wrestling and track events, short family adventures, and plan to one day, visit the coastal beachlines.

Scotty is our 2023 Coachmen Leprechaun 230FS.  Scotty equally loves the mountainside and waterfront.  He likes long drives along the coast and spending time with couples and families who enjoy his rear corner bath, queen size bed, dinette and overhead cab sleeping options.  For rainy days he enjoys warm home-cooked meals over the three burner stove, movie dates with his large screen TV, or simply listening to the light rain under his electric awning.
